Got 2-4 doz each of brisket, spicy chicken, reg chicken, spicy & regular pork tamales. They were amazing!!! We have Christmas and NYE tamales every year with our family, and I'm always looking for ones that have actual meat filling, not all masa, and need lots of flavor. These are it!! I'm so glad to finally find our tamale home. 😊
Oh, and the breakfast Taco was great. Flour tortilla, yummm.

OMG! These tamales are so good. The tamales were hot and fresh when I got them. I put them on dry ice to take back to Georgia. I thawed some out and heated up, absolutely delicious. I bought 3 dozen, wish I had bought more. Will be buying more when return.

YUMMY...ate in the little restaurant for the first time...street style beef tacos...incredible, but...huge, should have only gotten one!

My granddaughter brought me tamales the other day. First time to try brisket tamales. They were so good. I just got her to send me the address so I can go get some.

Authentic, taste, spicy hot tamales; instead of just tamales. Best all around. 5 yrs.

Went on April 29, 2023 for breakfast. Really good hot food. the tacos are big. Had a side of refried beans that were piping hot. Prices are reasonable. Will go back soon and make my way through the menu.

Really good breakfast tacos! Closest thing to a Corpus Christi taco I have found in Greater Houston. They don't skimp and are decently priced. Expect to wait though. Even when I'm the first one in the door it takes a while but totally worth it! Only complaint is that they don't use breakfast sausage in the sausage tacos. They use something that tastes like Hillshire Farms.... that's not sausage but it didn't ruin the taco.

Really good food, the tamales are really great too. They're probably most famous for their tamales but overall the food is delicious. I ordered sopes de carne guisada.

Amazing homemade Mexican food. The chilaquiles are the best. Plus everything else. They don't have chips and salsa but only fat people cry about something like that. I recommend everyone to stop by and try it out.

Love their tamales! We drive from Baytown to get them because they are always wonderful! There was not the usual selection since it was just before Christmas. I like the spicey brisket best but they were out of them. The traditional pork is very good and we tried the spicey chicken and it was good too.

I came across this little hole on the wall and fell in love with it. I happened to have a nice conversation with a lady there who told me a lil bit about the restaurant. She was so nice she invited me for a free cup of coffee called Cafe de olla and a free tamale with jalapeño and cheese. Well, of course, I paid for my meal, which was very delicious. I recommend the jalapeño and cheese tamales. They specialize in tamales. They have breakfast all day. About the coffee, Cafe de olla, they normally make it with a sugar made in Mexico that gives it that wonderful flavor. In this case, she doesn't do that sugar. She uses cinnamon instead. If you happen to be in the area, I recommend visiting this humble place and have yourself the most delicious tamales. They have other plates as well. Not too expensive. By the way, you can order a dozen of tamales and take it home. I recommend this place.

Placed an order on a Saturday morning for a breakfast plate of chilaquiles and a taco. Food was ready at the time they specified and delicious!

Best Tamales hands down with lots of filling and not to much masa! They are the only place that I know that does brisket tamales as well. We go here every thanksgiving and Christmas and will continue to go.

I just happened to randomly stop by & my goodness they have Delicious food! By far some of the best tamales I have tasted! The menudo is really good as well! Will definitely be going back! Didn’t even wait but maybe 5 minutes & our order was out hot & ready to eat. The tortillas are hand made & huge! Everybody from staff to owners seemed very nice!

Great tasting plates and tacos! I Love the Huge homemade flour tortillas! All food is made to order and is not pre-prepared which seems to be the norm for many Mexican restaurants! I have tried several plates and tacos and tamales and have Not been disappointed! The sit down area is clean and little small but they really specialize in “take out” food so not always packed! Staff is friendly and very accommodating! Lastly, prices are very reasonably! I will be eating at Los Torritos quite regularly!
