Love my Apt., but having trouble getting maintenance problems, taken care of. AC doesn’t appear to be working well

If your looking for a tax credit property 55 and up in the heights this is it. Also it take housing vouchers. You cannot be a full time college student. The property is very nice!!

I have ask since November, to replace a filter and been asking since then. Nothing all they say is ok. Roaches.
