Target

The Sherman TX Target store is the best Target I have ever visited in the 3 years since we moved here. We have been to other stores in larger towns near Dallas, and this one remains my favorite. Even when Customer Service or the check out line is busy, each employee treats guests as if they were the only guest. They are unfailingly cheerful, patient, and efficient. I usually pick up my order, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, even when they are busy with drive up orders or accepting bill payments. My pickup orders are always filled quickly and correctly.

This is a Super Target, which sells a lot more than clothing and household items! It has all the basics one would need to stock an average house. They had many items on sale when I went and all were well stocked. If you like Target, you will love this one.

The staff in electronics are very courteous and helpful. Picked up something that was in the back room and they retrieved it for me when most places probably would not.

I found a small crockpot that I needed to warm milk for a cocoa bomb party. Didn't find the small blender I wanted.

Employees are friendly and helpful. It feels like every person here is ready and willing to go above and beyond the extra mile to help or provide a wow experience. Kelsey was especially patient and helpful she was amazing!

I used online purchasing and pickup at the Sherman Target for the first time today. I was super impressed - with how easy and quick it was, and especially with how pleasant and helpful all employees were. I later needed to make a return - No receipt needed! Several offers to make me happy! An employee who specifically helped me shop the toy department to find the perfect replacement. I could not imagine a better Christmas shopping experience!

Two days before Christmas and, of course they are swamped, but everyone was helpful. It took longer to get out of the parking lot than to get my order with the drive-up service, even with the excess amount of orders they had to fulfill. Very happy with their service!

Target offers so many wonderful options other stores don’t. From getting groceries to books, clothes to video games, there’s always something for everyone! The app or online will show if your product is in stock, bf having to physically drive there. Then if not, Target makes the process of finding and getting your order to you easy peasy!

Target is my go to store for groceries, they always have what I need. The store is always clean and the people there are very knowledgeable compared to Walm*rt. Also the self checkout is amazing! It doesn’t mess up like the ones at other places do. So I can quickly get what I need and leave. If you happen to have an issue there is always an employee there to help you and you don’t have to search one down.

They staff was helpful locating an item. Customers and drivers are rude and inconsiderate.

This was the first time I had ever used a pickup service. I am highly impressed with how fast it was, and the employees were so nice and helpful. The entire process was extremely fast and easy. The most important part for me was that they had the item that I had been trying to find for days. I thought it would be a horrible experience since it's Christmas time, but it wasn't at all. Thank you Target. You have the nicest and most helpful employees I've ever seen at any store I've been to. Happy Holidays!

I have to give the biggest shout out to Jackie who went above and beyond in helping us and our friend find the television we were looking for. The two guys working in electronics and the manager (all men)told us sorry there is nothing we can do because our friend ordered the t.v. online and they canceled the order without her knowledge. We were there to pick it up and they told us they didn't have any. Jackie looked on her device and it showed that there were 9 in the store. She went back in the stock room and found them still wrapped in plastic. This lady deserves a raise and a promotion.

Looking for what I need was easy! Checking out was fast and friendly and when I had dropped my keys an employee had picked them up for me! Shopping at Target is ALWAYS a great experience that every retail should give.

Shawn was our cashier, he was very Awesome considerate, and understanding! We can’t thank him enough for all the hard work he did for us on our back to school shopping trip today! Thanks Shawn your the best! Keep it up Target!

This service is great! Way better than Squallmart. Their site is navigable, unlike Squallmart & my order is ready within 2 hours like they say. Target also doesn't force you to spend a minimum of $30 before they even have anything to do with you.

I always have a great experience when shopping both online and in store. I love the products they offer in EVERY department! Everything is priced pretty good, as well! I also love how they price match and their Target Circle offers!
