The manager that is always here whenever my husband come at night (older guy grey hair) is such a fabulous person. He’s so nice to customers, cares about the customers experience, always has the store clean, and has never failed to impress us with the fresh food. Love this place. Mr Manager I wish I knew your name but keep up the great work !

My son and I came into the restaurant today to pick up a Door Dash order. The lady running the register was so amazing sweet to my son and I both! There was 2 homeless people sitting outside and she gave my son a couple dollars out of her own wallet to split and give the homeless people. I just could not believe how sweet this lady was!! My son even kept talking about her hours later. The food was not for us because it was a Door Dash order but the food has always been good 😊 and today the service was Amazing!! Cicis… keep this lady!!

The food was great, service was better! Mark is amazing and gave the best customer service experience. He was very friendly, told us anything we needed he would get. We asked for a pizza that was not out on the line and Mark immediately made it happen. Best experience dining in and everything was organized and clean.

The pizza and salad buffet options are good. You can also ask the staff to make a custom pizza. Last time we went, they had switched out the brownie for some new oreo dessert that was not as good as the brownies.

I didn't realize it is a buffet when we went in to order a pizza to take out. We had already ordered when I noticed the salad bar and pizza bar. Next visit, buffet it is! I might add that the gentleman at the register was just about the nicest guy I've talked to in a while. Thanks, guys!

This cc’s is everything I used to love about coming here as a kid. Whoever is managing this location knows what they’re doing. It’s always clean, the employees are always super nice and keeping things on the buffet stocked, and they have it looking and feeling like what it used to be. I’m not sure about other people’s experiences but My husband and I love this location.

The restaurant is very clean and looks as if it was remodeled recently. The staff was friendly. The pizzas in the buffet section tasted great and there were many different varieties to choose from. The kitchen kept it stocked and the pizzas were hot. A couple of pieces I had, I had to let them cool down a bit before eating them. I haven't been in there for many years and assumed it was run down. I'm glad I revisited and I will defiantly be returning. Oh, and it's still great on price. I had the all you can eat buffet and a large drink for a little over $12. That's great in this economy.

Best crustless pizza I've had. The pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. Good food. Great customer service today.

Cicis has always been my favorite they have the giant size pizza here (they didn't in alabama anymore) so I was very pleased staff was nice and food was perfect!

I just want to say the mgr lady here is top notch and deserves a huge raise. She's always pleasant and very professional. My grandson got sick 2 min after we sat down to eat and she boxed our food up to-go for us. I was so panicked at having to take care of my situation and didn't even notice until my husband told me when we got home. That is so nice and no one has ever done anything like that for us. We like this location and go almost monthly.

Delicious as always, clean, and a great variety of pizza.

Very clean and organized. Labels were on the dressings with the date and time and also signature. They do not looked caked up they have have been used for days, like other locations. They have timers above each pizza indicating when they need to replace with a fresh pizza. The managers and staff here are doing a great job in food safety!

A really great pizza buffet. It had been years since we've been. But it's still an excellent pizza joint. Good food, affordable prices.

Really nice people! They have many different types of pizza. Even types of pizza i would not have thought of. We especially love the pumpkin cinnamon rolls.

The manager went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Great customer service. The only complain I have is that no one wears name tags so I can't mention anyone by name.

We went to eat together. Pizza was always out. Never had to wait for anything. The customer service was great. Will definitely eat there again.
