Extremely pleasant

This apparently is a Mobile service with a shop as well. My husband had a blow out on an 18 wheeler and drove to the shop to have our spare tire put on. At the end of the service they charged $155 to put our own tire on at their shop. Not mobile service - we drove to them. When I called later and asked how much that should have been the owner said "I don't know I think he charges $50." When I told him that we had been grossly over charged he said "Don't call me anymore. I don't care." Definitely don't use this shop they are 100% a scam
***UPDATE*** Took the truck to our regular mechanic today for other minor repairs and he found that FOR $155 Bert's didn't even tighten the lug nuts all the way. $125 for labor alone. Completely crazy.
