Despite much anxiety and then forgetting what I needed to pay my bill, this first experience was better than I had expected. Within an hour of leaving I was filled with gratitude and felt more hopeful than in a long time. The individuals I met from the staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and compassion.

All the staff is so friendly & explains everything so thoroughly. I had major work needed to be done, and they got me in quick & made sure I have been comfortable the whole time. I am so happy I picked this place to go. I am excited to continue getting my dental work here!!

It's been 20+ years since I have been to the dentist and I can say I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I didn't feel shamed for my not so perfect dental care over the years. I truly feel I am in good hands with Dr Chris for me and my husband and Dr Tran for my kiddos. Dr Tran was so gentle and kind with my kids.

I have been a patient of Dr Tran @ North Texas Dental for 3 years. The team is always professional & efficient. Today I needed a 15 year old crown replaced & a filling. Dr Tran provided a general overview of a complex procedure into a simple language that I was able to understand. She & team went above & beyond to put me at ease, sunglasses, blanket, Netflix & explained each step along the way. This was a completely painless procedure & I did not even feel the numbing injection. I attribute this to Dr Tran’s experienced skills & caring nature. Dental chairs can be intimidating but if you give Dr Tran a chance you will be in the BEST care. Bonus - my crown was replaced in one visit. No additional appointments needed. Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Dr Chris was amazing and very patient with me. He explained everything he was doing at all times.

Dr. Chris Nyguen is all around an amazing person and excellent at what he does. I drive an hour each way to see him twice a year for my dental work. I could’ve easily gone somewhere local for a dentist but there’s a reason I go to him and not the others. He’s one of the few that actually truly cares about his craft and it shows in his patient care.

I want to express my gratitude to North Texas Dental for their outstanding customer service. The ladies working there are incredibly kind and attentive. My experience was wonderful, and I appreciate the exceptional care they provided. Thank you for making my visit so positive!

I’ve been here before and thought they were great. So I decided to make my 8 yo and 2 yo an appt here opposed to the pediatric dentist. They were wonderful with my kids. I was very impressed because this was my 2 year old’s first dentist appt and I wasn’t expecting her to do as well as she did. The staff was warm and supportive in making my 2 year old’s first dentist experience as great one. Even with my 8 year old, they were great at being very thorough and recommending what was best for her. It came off as very sincere and not like they were recommending it out of protocol. So glad I decided to bring my girls here.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and service is so quick! Dr. Chris is very polite and I’m actually excited to finally get my teeth healthy and fix my smile.

Don’t get me wrong, I love all the wonderful dental hygienists here, but Eric is honestly the best. Thorough and gentle! (And funny. I thought I was going to fall off the chair from laughing so hard.)

What’s usually an anxiety-inducing thing was like. Super fun today. Yes. Fun at the dentist. WHO KNEW SUCH THINGS WERE POSSIBLE?

NTD is top-tier for us nervous folk and beyond. (And educational, too, because I learned how to improve my flossing technique. Do I want to look at my face from that angle again? Absolutely not. I am a child of the MySpace era, after all. However, Eric did, and showed me exactly how to maximize efficiency.)

Anyway. I won’t go anywhere else. Dr Nguyen, Eric, and the rest of the crew absolutely rock. Thanks for helping me take care of my smile. :)

The building is clean and my time there was relaxing. They are all very nice and made me feel comfortable. I will stay with North Texas Dental.

I cracked a molar and lost over 50% of the tooth on Sunday evening and was able to get in the very next day as a new patient and get it resolved. I’m in my mid-40’s and have been to many dentists in my life but Chris was BY FAR the best, most informative/caring dentist that I’ve ever been to. This guy in particular and this place in general are absolutely TOP NOTCH!

Honestly, one of the best experiences I have had ! I have always been very nervous going into a dentist. However, this facility is so welcoming! From the second you walk in you feel comfortable. The staff are very kind and so fast . I didn’t even have time to fill out my paperwork before heading to my room . They then took pictures and X-rays almost immediately while also having very kind small talk. Within minutes the dentist was there and starting . I’m 100% amazed ! Could not recommend more !!

The service is great and everyone puts you at ease. Very professionally run dentist office! I would highly recommend to anyone needing care.
