Great customer service! Adam was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He let me take my time exploring which mattress suited my needs. I never felt pressured to quickly buy something and leave. He answered all my questions, and he made sure I got all the deals I needed to get the best price. I definitely recommend coming here. Overall, I had a great experience at this location, and I love my new mattress!

Customer service at the bay rook mall location was superb. He listened to what we wanted and helped us to find the perfect mattress for our needs. He even made sure we were getting the best price possible when he noticed the mattress we wanted was eligible for a promotion but was not ringing up at the lowest cost. I would definitely recommend this store and will come back here if I am in the market for a new mattress in the future.

Went to Mattress Firm after going to 2 other places to look at purchasing a mattress. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and sleep patterns and made me feel comfortable. He was able to beat other vendors prices . I purchased the mattress and look forward to when it is delivered.

I walked in with an attitude having gone thru 4 different mattresses within 8 years and still not getting a good nights sleep. Adam was not deterred. He showed me what I was looking for and went above and beyond literally to do everything he could to make me happy. He did! Couldn’t have scripted a better experience. Went in on a Friday night just before closing. No high pressure sales. Just good information about mattresses. Bought a king sized Beauty Rest from Ben (who was filling in at that store that day). Got a call from the distribution center on Saturday with a - get this - two hour delivery window for Sunday. Yes. Two hours. Between 12:15 and 2:15 on Sunday. Delivery crew arrived at 12:16. The Distribution center had called at noon saying they’d be at our home in about 15 minutes. Delivery crew was fast and professional. Looking forward to a great night of sleep!

This is our first time at Matress Firm on Bay Area Blvd. and we're not disappointed. Sarah is amazing and extremely helpful. Next time, we might buy the pillow that we tried the bed with, very comfortable especially for an expectant mom like myself. She's knowledgeable and didn't pressure anybody to buy anything. I’ve always had a good experience with Mattress Firm - quality products at competitive prices. Alejandro was so helpful without being too “salesy”. He gave me guidance without just agreeing with what I said or trying to sell me the most-expensive option.

We walked in about closing time after shopping for mattresses for 2 days!!! Joshua Roussell helped us out by educating us about our options. He wasn’t pushy which would have had me walk out instantly. He stayed until he was done helping us get what we wanted. We left after picking out the perfect mattress!!! I can’t wait to have a good nights sleep!!!

The took care of me quickly, efficiently. I told them my needs, they addressed them. What I wanted was not at their store (a full sized sleepy I could drive away with in my van the same day $199.00 before tax)

What I wanted was located at a nearby store. I completed my purchase then went for pickup to the next spot. Showed my drivers license and signed a waiver of some sort and drove home in less than one hour after walking I to the first store.

Went into the store not expecting to really buy anything but the gentleman working explained they had a big sale going on. Took the time to show me different mattresses and found one I really liked that was over 50% off. He gave me a great deal on delivery fees and upgrading it to a movable headrest. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. The sales person went above and beyond the duty to explain things that went under the hood and eventually convinced us to buy the mattress. The last one we bought from mattress firm lasted 11 years. Overall great shopping experience.

Kelsey Spent the time that was needed to help me understand the purpose for each type of mattress and the firmness a plush Ness of the mattresses. She also asked about problems we were having with sleeping as far as headaches back aches neck aches and everything else. When I left the store I was very knowledgeable about mattresses.

I recently bought a mattress online and it was a great customer service experience, but the mattress was deformed so I returned it and went mattress shopping again. I chose to shop at a Mattress Firm as many of my peers had verbally praised this particular mattress retailer, and it was the best mattress buying decision I could have made. The Mattress Firm sales representative was professional, courteous, and genuinely wanted to help my wife and I get something we would be comfortable sleeping on and could afford. He worked diligently never missing a beat with all of the questions we (my wife, myself, and my father who accompanied us as well) had. He was probably the best sales person I have met. Where most others would have been overwhelmed by the incoming store calls and three people asking questions, he was calm and collected and we never felt as if we were not being valued as customers. If you are in the market for a new mattress take advantage of the current promotion mattress firm is offering and go shop at this store location. You will be happy you did.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but the service by will and his coworker today was incredible. I told them that I was in a pinch and needed a new mattress today. They helped me find the right mattress for the right price and called around to other local stores to find it in stock. I will recommend these guys to EVERYONE.

We had a WONDERFUL experience!! I was a little nervous to go in with our 2 sick children but Heather made sure they were comfortable while my husband and I looked around. Guided them right to the block area ❤❤❤ She was very professional and very informative. Made every step of the way comfortable. Would definitely recommend 100%!! Ask for Heather!

I would like to say that I have not always had the best experience with mattress companies, but when I went to this mattess store, I felt welcomed. They were very knowledgeable about their products and were able to give me detailed information, and were able to help me with my needs . I would highly recommend going here and I rate this mattress store a 5/5 stars.
