My partner and I had planned our whole day around buying him a suit for his job interview coming up. We expected it to be a whole entire ordeal that would take all day and multiple trips to different stores. As soon as we walked into this store, though, they immediately greeted us and measured him and started picking out colors and styles for him to try on, and in less than an hour they had him fitted with a gorgeous suit, matching tie, perfect shoes with a matching belt. They were incredibly kind and helpful and we will be coming back here for any clothing need we have in the future.

I went in for a suit and walked out with a whole bunch of clothes. I don’t like shopping, but Thanks to Brenda she really helped out and we laughed and had a good time. Great lady to help with getting you setup for looking great.

Pauline at The Clearlake store set me up with this fantastic blue jacket for the summer. Service excellent fit is great. Will definitely be my go to for future purposes.

The group here was great for my wedding from start to finish. I had went to another suit rental spot and was treated with no service, they couldn’t care less that I was there so I went here after expecting the same and the crew was amazing. They even told me of a bridal extravaganza that I could pay $25 to go too and to then get $50 off all of my groomsman’s rentals. That’s service! All my grooms shipped their suits to the location for an easy pick up and the Vera wangs were SLEEK. Overall a great spot with great service.

Pauline is the best Tailor hands down. Had a suit I bought years ago from Jos a Banks and with age outgrew in areas I would not rather speak of. She was able to let it out in a few spots and it fit great once again. Thanks!

Had great experience and a great swap on a better suit. The salesman, Louis, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He also helped guide me to great fitting suit. Definitely recommend this location.

Ray met me at the door with a friendly smile. He called Winston in to take over so he could attend to other customers. Wonston was super helpful and has a great sense for fashion. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. -BobbyO

I can't put into words how good my experience was. We were greeted when we walked in the door and prompted if we wanted help. When we responded that we were just looking the staff politely gave us space.

After picking a few items and trying them on we were given one-on-one direction on how to find more shirts and slacks in a given size and line (travel line) and even got pointed in the direction of a blazer that was an excellent fit for size and style.

Can't say enough good things.

I stopped by to get a suit. Walked out with a suit and a great experience at a great price. Craig Welch not only sold me an outstanding looking suit, he took the time to educate me on how it should look, fit, and wear. I really appreciate the time he took to help me look my best. He and his team really know how to provide excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back!

I can't say enough good things about the staff. Natalie is AMAZING! I needed a full ensemble on the fly and she had me set up in no time. Received so many compliments on my fashion that evening. Highly recommend their service and appreciate their professionalism. Will be back again. Thank you guys!

My husband didn't want to go in, he hates shopping. The moment we walked in Lewis started to help, he made it simple and easy. We got a suit and were out of there in less than 30 minutes if that. My husband and I were so impressed!! When you go to the Webster store go ask for Lewis, he is so knowledgeable and professional, he wont' disappoint!!

My overall experience here was excellent.

When I first came in, they immediately gave me attention. Why was I there, what did I need, what was the event, what kind of fit did I like, when did I need it, things like that. "I don't know" was a perfectly acceptable answer to any of those questions.
We immediately started going through suits like Harry Potter went through wands. Both ladies helping me were highly observant and looked for lthings like size, fit, and testing for flexibility.
I eventually settled on a suit from the in-house brand. Quality is indistinguishable from the other brands. It all seemed very high, though admittedly this is an area where I don't have a lot of culture. In the event I gain any weight (God forbid), they have the fabric in-house necessary to make adjustments.
I was offered multiple complete packages that included shirts, ties, and/or pins. I came prepared with all that, but they had everything needed in the event I didn't.
The bottom line price was reasonable.
The tailoring was correct. Sleeves matched and were cut to the correct lengths.
Employees were prompt, polite, and available.

I'm quite happy with my experience and will likely return for any future similar needs.

Luthez Thompson was so helpful. He helped me with my measurements and showed me many different varieties of suits and ties. The entire process was fun and easy with him.

Clarence And Brenda took care of my dad as he hunted for his outfit for my wedding. They helped him right away, altered his pants while he waited and found him a shirt on clearance. I am very grateful they made this mission as pain free as possible. Thank you!

What more I can say but the staff here is amazing. I went to multiple locations looking to get a suit made for my girlfriends birthday dinner and I was treated as if I couldn't afford it or as if I wasn't wanted there . Yet Mr. Gene and Mr. Lewis treated me like family and helped me every step of the way in customizing my suit. This store will be my permanent location for getting my suits made thank you guys everyone loved the suit.

Seriously impressed with Stan's service, its not often that people in business still remember names, and the three times that I walked into Jos A. Stan knew me with my mask and provided excellent service. Not to mention he also is very knowledgeable about suits and won't let you leave without looking the best.

I’ve been shopping here for years and Zain is easily the most helpful sales associate I’ve ever had. He helped me purchase a new sports coat and shirts yesterday and was highly efficient and professional.
