Bring the kids here for a delightful weekend filled with small, enjoyable activities. We all had a fantastic time. Although this location isn't as large as the one we used to visit on I10, it's incredibly tidy and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, providing exceptional customer service that surpasses anything else.

Oh, and guess what? They're conveniently located right next to the mall! There's a playground area, restaurants, and a shopping center nearby, so we can extend our visit and make the most of our time without wasting gas or energy. It's truly a win-win situation. So, why not choose this place? It's perfect for us!

When I wrote this review, I wrote it for the wrong location. So I ate here last month, and the food was delicious, our waitress was pretty nice, the floors were clean, the music were awesome jams, and my game card even had a smiley face drawn on it! Even though it’s kinda crowded and loud, I had a blast! Got a chance to play some Mario Kart Arcade GP Deluxe which is my favorite game here. (I’m not lying)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dave and Buster's, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Megan and Carlos.

From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire evening. She was prompt in taking my order, and her knowledge of the menu ensured that I made the perfect choices.

Not only did Megan excel in her role as a server, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. She checked in regularly to see if everything was to my liking, and her friendly demeanor truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of leadership demonstrated by Carlos, the manager on duty. He was visible on the floor, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that guests were satisfied. Carlos' proactive approach to customer service was evident, as he effortlessly handled any issues that arose and ensured that every guest left with a smile.

Together, Megan and Carlos make an outstanding team, and their dedication to providing exceptional service truly sets Dave and Buster's apart. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fun-filled evening with top-notch service. Went to celebrate my nieces birthday and to me everything start with the service our waitress was awesome sorry can't remember her name but she was friendly and always check on us , food was good and everyone was happy , I didn't give it a five starts because the chips were old and you can taste it ,hopefully the have fresh one next time , but I always enjoy Dave and busters with the family and friends great place :)

I went to celebrate family while in town and Adam made a remarkable experience so much I had to make sure y’all ask for him. He helped our big table of ten and ensure our concerns were heard. Great recommendation for food and the quality top notch. The place was the cleanest and spoke volume with Adam on the team. Thanks again Adam for making this a great family experience.

I am a regular customer at Dave and Busters Baybrook mall. My regular server is Megan and she is the best I have ever had! She knows her menu, she gives great customer service and more! She is on point with all of it. Also, Carlos, Dan, Jessica, Bo, Nico are all great in management. Always there to please the customer. Management walks around making sure the customers are good! Want a great place to eat and enjoy yourselves, then go to Dave and Busters in Baybrook! You will not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time, great food, and the waitress was probably the best one I’ve had anywhere. Haley’s happiness was infectious, I’d ask for her if you dine in, everything you could ask for in a person to match the amount of fun you expect to have at Dave and busters! This place is absolutely perfect! They rearranged and remodeled everything! Better games more space! Over all this is the new spot to kick it for weekends! I give this place a 5 out of 5. Great customer service, great food and great games.

One of the best D&B locations in Houston. I've visited several times and never had a bad experience. I will say, the stuff at their prize shop are not always interesting but besides that the arcade is a good mix of games and has lots to do for people of all ages. I went during a weekday evening and it wasn't busy inside D&B, very comfortable and not so overstimulating. Although the outdoor field in the Baybrook plaza was extremely busy and full of life but it was a hot Houston day.

Me and my friends got together and had a great time. Our server Ali was super nice and very helpful and did an outstanding job. The food came as ordered and we had no issues. Definitely will be coming back again.

I’ve been to a couple of the Houston area D&Bs. This location blows them out the water!! Food, service and games are all WAYYYY better than the downtown locations. My brother and I love this place, especially after work. Bailey is very patient and always bringing smiles. Love the atmosphere everyone brings and the fun I have every time. Give that lovely woman a raise!!

Jessica and Jesslin have a great customer service,they explained everything new with the remodel then we had Megan as a server she gave us great service,She was very helpful with suggestions for food. Carlos visited our table and told jokes. Had a great time!

Great trip! Took my daughter on Sunday right when they opened. The two people at the door we probably the most useless customer service associates I've ever met. They hate their job, or they were hung over. Either way, they should both be fired. Now, after our first 10 minutes, the rest of our visit was awesome!!! The location was bright and clean. MUCH BETTER than the I-10 location. All the games seemed to be working, and all the employees were smiling. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were quickly and happily resolved. When we decided to eat, we were waited on by Meggy. She was not only very knowledgeable about the new menu but patiently helped my daughter pick her lunch....... and dessert. Lol. Our lunch experience couldn't have been better, mainly due to how attentive and helpful Meggy was. Overall, it was a great trip, and we will definitely be back again. Great Job D&B!!!

Employees are extremely happy to help. They are well educated on games incoming and current. Clean, with a bit of construction 🚧 currently going on adding new interactive social experiences. Darts 🎯 and Shuffleboard.
They are building a beer 🍺 wall.

Had a great experience here Wednesday. My server Bailey was wonderful and got our food and drinks out very fast. She was the best server I’ve had. 10/10 service, ask for Bailey!

My server Morgan was the absolute best! she was very attentive and on top of not just our table, but 3 others as well! we will definitely be asking for her when we go back.

Bailey did a great job serving us and going above and beyond the average server experience. She made sure everyone was okay and even played along to my parties guests chats and convos all while taking care of us. She even gave us some life hacks about how to adopt older dogs and train them. She’s multi-talented, and even saved a plate from falling off a table full of food. she’s the best. Give her a raise!
