We decided to pre-plan for our funerals with Levy Funeral Directors in Houston, TX. The opportunity to plan with them was very welcomed and a very simple and dignified process. Levy will take care or everything from the time of death through the burial at the cemetery. We were very pleased with the process, the options available, and the detailed explanations given by the agent. We recommend this service to everyone.

My funeral experience was unique in that the arrangements had been made 10 years prior by my Mom for herself. So when the time came and I called Levy - all was in order and they knew what to do and they knew what I needed to know and what few decisions I had to make. They made it all work easily and my family and I felt very well cared for. What I did take away from this experience is the deep and critical value for pre planning for one's funeral as much as possible. We have not done that for ourselves but we intend to pay attention to pre planning our funerals right now.

Our experience with Levy is a little different as we fortunately have NOT had to use them for funeral services, rather we run a nonprofit and Eric reached out to us to help sponsor one of our events. We were extremely surprised and thankful for their generosity to step up and help us out. We were quite surprised to get a call from Eric saying he heard about us from a mutual friend that they would love to get involved In community events. We are extremely thankful for their generosity and look forward to working with them year after year! The best part is Eric reaches out to us on his own to ask how they can help! GREAT WORK LEVY!!! On the worst day of my life, Eric Bishop at Levy took amazing care of everything. I've described the day as the most beautiful you could make a terrible day, as we laid to rest my wife of 14+ years. Eric's thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and compassion made the day as good as could be expected.

Eric Bishop is an example of someone who helps make a devastating situation into one that is filled with care & truly makes you relaxed & calmer and able to deal with the death of a loved one. He is very knowledgeable in asking the right questions & I forgot some details but though his process I remembered a lot of things.

In the hardest of times, Eric Bishop has always been there for us. Eric is beyond kind, very helpful, and makes the experience as good as can be expected. He is someone that I would, without a doubt in my mind, endorse as the best at what he does in his industry.

The death of a loved one is a very difficult time. We had prearranged this funeral several years ago, a decision that was excellent both at the time of contract and at the time of the need. Having made most of the major decisions well in advance allowed the process to go expeditiously, even though several unforeseeable issues occurred. Each of these was managed efficiently and professionally by the Levy staff.
