I really want to take a moment to appreciate Matt, Celeste was very misleading when I called and spoke with her yesterday. She was willing to take and extra 150.00 dollars out of my pocket. I was under the assumption that I was within my policy extension. She not only lied and told me that I had 8 days ( really 10) , and the terminology she used was making me think my account was wayyyyyy overdue. Instead of my 99.00 she was going to raise my policy 150.00 monthly and a down re-down payment of 249.00! Wow, but thank you MATT for knowing your work!! I was able to make my regular monthly payment. My advice is do not deal with her, because she is going to take your money!! THESE 5 STARS GO TO MATT AND HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have used Garland for several years now and absolutely love it!! There can be a wait sometimes, but they keep it moving at a good pace, greet you by name, and will listen to you if you have questions and/or concerns. Last but not least, they always check all options to get you the best rate they can find, without dropping the quality of the policy!

Garland Insurance is located in a small building and when you walk through the door you will see a plain Jane no frills office setting which I consider great because you don't feel like your going to have a lot of added costs to your policy to cover expensive office decor. It has the feel of a "working man's" insurance company.

Very nice people & a great Vehicle Insurance company. 👍Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Garland Insurance is the best in Texas.

Awesome place and awesome people. I've been getting my vehicles insurance through here for years. That new girl though, seems to be one of those all business, robot types. Don't much like that, but I can live with it.

staff is awesome if they don't have the lowest rate they'll he'll you shop around. Great for motorcycle insurance and life , they do everything !!
