Great place, very nice and helpful people. Tommy was especially helpful getting my a/c blowing again. He went above and beyond fixing what other shops hadn’t bothered to. When I was getting in my car to leave, another employee flagged me down to tell me my hood wasn’t latched down all the way (there is a dent that makes it look like it’s not all the way closed) but I very much appreciated him taking notice & letting me know. This shop genuinely cares about their customers and it showed .

Tommy G is THE BEST!!! Honestly, the staff are all very kind, but my service man Tommy G really went above and beyond. I went in simply for a quick inspection for my registration, and he checked a few other issues I was having, free of charge. He made me laugh numerous times and his wonderful personality made the visit enjoyable. Thank you Tommy G for your hard work and dedication, you are fantastic!

Came in for an oil change and brought along some air filters I recently bought (but didn't know how to install)-- one for the engine, the other for the cabin. They charged nothing to install them for me, and Tommy even took the time to teach me how to change out the one inside the car. The oil change was done quickly and customer service was top notch-- I couldn't be more pleased!

Went and they gave me a discount great car place to go when you need anything ! 10/10 service

Great people. They found my missing dog and held onto her until I could get there. Tommy gave her water and a burrito too!

Amazing service! So professional, fast and courteous! They got my truck in and out in a matter of minutes and fixed another shop’s error. I HIGHLY recommend, and will for sure be back. Go see them - Hightower and Marina will do you right!

I recently visited Kwik Kar Sherman during a busy weekend to get my wife's car inspected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff was super nice. I decided to do some shopping at a nearby place while I waited, and to my surprise, they called me back in less than an hour to let me know that they had completed the inspection and also changed the engine oil as I had requested.

The overall experience was not bad at all, and it was hassle-free. The convenience of being able to shop nearby while they worked on the car was a plus. The staff was courteous, and I appreciated the prompt service. It was easy-going and didn't cause me any headaches.

In conclusion, my visit to Kwik Kar Sherman for my wife's car inspection was a positive experience. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the convenience of being able to do some shopping nearby while waiting was a plus. It was an easy and hassle-free experience overall

We went to two other places for State Inspection, before landing here! These guys got to us right away even though they were packed! Great crew- definitely coming back!

I am a customer for life! I am always met at my car, given a reasonable ETA, and given prompt and professional service consistently. My days of going to the dealership for an oil change are over. Oil change. This was y first time at this location. Wow! First of all they roll out the red carpet. Such gentlemen! I loved the service I received. Great place to go. They also found a mouse in my air filter. I live in the country so It happens! But I HSN fee never be en treated so courteous . I will use this faculty again, most assuredly! Customer service was great, employees were great, and came into the waiting room to verify clean oil on the dipstick to show that oil had been changed. I have never had that experience at any other oil change place. Will most definitely recommend and come back!!!

The people at this location are amazing! My check oil light came on several months ago so I stopped in to get my oil changed and a few minutes later the guy came back and said I didn't need an oil change right now that my oil was clean and full to check back in another couple thousand miles! How many places are really that honest with you nowadays? They do a complete inspection and tell you if you need anything, never try to sell you anything just let you know if you need anything replaced and if they have it to replace it. LOVE THIS PLACE, THE PEOPLE AND THEIR SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT!!!!

I was given a 35 minute wait as others were in front of me. He had it done in just under 35 minutes. The man that check me out was polite, he showed me the dip stick after changing my oil. Very respectful young man. That's how costumers are supposed to be treated. I'll come there again as I have been for the past five years.

I got my oil changed here by a Guy named James , super nice & got the job done within 20 minutes. Came in the office told me everything he did on my jeep. Most people won’t take the time out of their day to do that which I appreciate because I don’t know nothing about cars but he said it in way for me to understand. Definitely recommend this place!!! Ask for James!!!! He will take care of you!

Super fast service! They were so full when i arrived they had me park the car and wait. However, they are so good at this we were finished in no time. Best of all, no upsell. They'll be seeing our cars from now on.

This is a great location. I've had quite a bit of experience with profiting a business and one thing I know for sure is it takes a team working well together to make it happen. You definitely have the right people in place. They were very helpful and sincere. The manager although young was really knowledgeable and kept the team staying productive the entire time. Was an awesome experience I will be back!
