Unprofessional and condescending. I just retired after 27 years and tricare dropped me. Ran out of meds and cvs says I hove no insurance. The person at front desk seemed more interested in when I went to TAP than trying to help. Spoke to me as if I was a child. This office and position looks like a boondoggle waste of money. Keep convincing yourselves your superstars!
