Brought my sons laptop in with a cracked screen. It's not a name brand computer and didn't expect them to be able to get the screen needed to fix it. Not only did they get that screen but they had his computer fixed within 2 days of us dropping it off. Great customer service and prices. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure if I got his name, as I'm terrible with remembering names, but the guy I dealt with in the store today was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of hassle. I'm going through an RMA process for an RTX 4090 and could not locate my anti static bag to send it in for repair. He doesn't sell anti static bags but he gave me one and other packing materials, including bubble wrap and packing tape. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't even take any money for it when the post office charges you money for all of this stuff! And if you can locate an anti static bag you'll usually have to buy a pack of about 100 of them, which is not cheap. I enjoyed the interaction and conversation we had. If you build your own PCs then you already know what you need to do when you have an issue, but if you buy a factory built PC from a store and need assistance or repairs, I would give them try! The man seems super cool and easy to work with. Thank you for all of your help!

Had to take in my ASUS desktop computer to have it worked on. It was in bad shape. Ended up needed a new hard drive. They saved what I wanted off the old hard drive, set up my emails for me and set my printer back up. They did a great job.

Amazing dudes, I had a few pins bent on my CPU and happened to be setting up a new M2 SSD at the same time. They fixed the CPU quickly and decided to set my M2 drive up with Windows immediately. They were incredibly fast and friendly, even though I technically went up to the shop like 3 times due to my own problems at home. They didn't get annoyed and kept with me the whole time. My pc is now ready and even writing this review from it. Great people.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I left my computer here on a Friday, and Greg, the man who specializes in screen repair wasn't in that day so they told me they'd call on Monday with a quote. They called me on Monday as promised, gave me a quote, and got right to work as soon as I gave them the go-ahead. The laptop was done in two weeks, and the screen looked brand new. I appreciated how trustworthy they were and that they honored their word. And my laptop is good as new!

I would recommend this store to everybody who has problems with their computers or phones or whatever. The gentleman was so incredibly nice and helpful. Actually showed me away to try something that I could do myself before leaving it there for them to do and when that didn't work I took it back and he kept it overnight not even 24 hours and had it fixed and only charged $49 which was dirt cheap for the amount of hours I knew he had to spend on there. Awesome place

I had to write this particular company a review. They made quite an impression on me. I was having problems getting a certain program to run and cut vinyl with my plotter. Seemed like every inch of progress was a hurdle, very frustrating.
With very much professionalism, generosity and hospitality, they performed the miracle that I could not make happen. Yaaaaaay! Bravo for them!! Butch and Greg are my heroes. They are the best! I highly recommend this company for all your computer needs.
I was sooo happy with them I ran out saying I had to go somewhere and scream I couldn't contain myself. 😄

I recently had them build a custom computer for my son and I. It's part gaming and part for work. The best part is, I can upgrade at anytime. My older computers were very limited by their brand. They built this crazy fast computer and installed all my software. I have not been happier with any computer I have owned. The quality and performance cannot be matched by anything you can buy I the big box stores. Plus, the price is the same. You won't be disappointed.

In reply to the review by Heather Cherwinski, we told her we would call with an exact quote to replace her screen on her laptop (as we do with everyone). We left several messages for her to call and confirm the cost of the repair, and it took her several weeks to get back with us. Once we had her ok, we ordered the screen and repaired her laptop within one week! We then left her a message that it was ready, and it again took her several weeks to come pick it up!

The guy I worked with was vary friendly. He did the best he could for my laptop. It was unfortunately not able to be repaired but he did not charge me. Would definitely go here again

The guys do a great job fixing our computers, this is our 2nd time bringing them equipment to repair. Very knowledgeable, easy to discuss the issues with, not too awful pricey.

Phenomenal service. I had trouble getting my BIOS to recognize my new SSD, Rock Computers helped me get everything up and running and within my budget and their expected timeframe. I will continue to use Rock for all my computer needs.

Brought in my gaming laptop, and they had it fixed in <24hrs ! Not only did the computer run good as new, but he’d also cleaned the screen! Very good!
