i love this place.very professional.always there for you.it has been a great experience for me so far.everyone should get a vehicle from them. This review was a while back. As of today which is labor day 2019 my truck is in the shop at Blake utters since thursday morning. (5days+). No one will return my calls. No one had done anything. I am stranded with no loaner car. Seems all I do have is a monthly payment. What would you do if you have made 18 monthly payments all on time but feel like you are not getting the respect that you feel you should ?

Bought car and 5 days later stranded. Trasmission went out. I called said they would take care of it since it had only been 5 days since I bought the care. Great! 2 weeks now and I still don't have a car. I was told on a Wednesday woukd be ready on Monday. Called Monday said would be Wednesday. Called Wednesday said woukd be Thursday. Here it is Friday and still no car. But they want the payment coming up on a car I have not driven a week. So far I am not impressed.

Went here to get a truck. The credit numbers are a little low due to mostly COVID and Joe Biden for sure but this place is terrible. Turned us down with a huge down payment. Just terrible to do business with. Our down payment was more than they had in this truck without a doubt.

David the main salesman is impossible to deal with. He doesn’t care about customer service and will yell at you for no reason. I absolutely dread calling every month to make my payment

They are all a joke Bob Utter and Blake utter as well! I wouldn’t buy a piece of bubble gum from them . They are definitely all about money and not the people!! That is unless your rich 🤑
