ATM Merchant Services

I discovered ATM Merchant Service at the Bar & Restaurant Expo in late March of 2024. They helped me decide which ATM was the best fit for my location, Genmega Onyx W. It arrived a couple weeks later and I had it up and running 30 minutes later. It didn’t take long for it to catch on with my customers and should pay for itself in well under 6 months.

Sometimes how a company responds to a problem says more about them than the product they sell. There was an issue with the first machine I received, and they spent a lot of money making sure I was not stuck with a lemon (sending a technician out, shipping). They sent out a whole new machine, and I've had no problems since then.

I have no doubt that these machines are good quality either. No company could survive by selling faulty equipment and at same time making sure the customer is fully taken care of.
