Richard Hunter at Ebby Halliday is one of the best realtors my husband and I have worked with (and we've worked with quite a few). He is knowledgeable, professional and really listens to what his clients want. He is straightforward and reliable and is always available if you have questions or concerns. Richard helped us buy our house in TX three years ago, and when we had to sell it recently due to a move out of state, we didn't even consider using anyone else. I highly recommend him!!

Shirley Noles has been my realtor for over 20 years. I bought and sold at least 7 properties. She has steered me away from a purchase once that would have made her a very big commission because she felt the builder selling it would not hold up to his warranty responsibility. When it was time to sell my home, through a court order due to a contentious divorce situation, Rafael still managed to make the sale of my home happen. He even sold it for more money than I was expecting. He made this happen through an almost impossible situation. While I did not choose Rafael, my ex did, I am glad she did! He was even pulled into court due to the need to enforce the court order to even sell the home at all. He had so many obstacles to overcome including more than half of the showing requests being declined, and the ones that did get approved the potential buyers felt unwelcome. Everything was done to keep from the home being sold including delaying any showing approvals till the very last minute so they would just give up waiting, to also staying in the home while they viewed the house. The numerous offers were met with a refusal to sign, or even counter. Rafael even managed to sell a home that did not have a kitchen, yes you read that correct, a 2 year old home without a kitchen! It was totally removed and sold from the house (cabinets, appliances, counter tops, sink). There was also no doors in the home as they were removed and sold along with the bathroom vanity, ceilings fans and the fireplace mantel. Luckily the judge assigned him as the trustee, and he accepted a great offer based on the conditions of the home. After the barriers were removed by the court through this assignment of trustee, the home was sold 2 weeks later, and for more money that I even expected! My ex was evicted from the home but still tried to sabotage the sale until the very end, on her way out, she left sitting water in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room floors and also removed the thermostats, luckily Rafael was there to get it all cleaned up and hired an HVAC tech last minute to replace the missing thermostats. If you want an agent who possesses a high level of integrity, and who cares about all the intricacies of the home selling process, he is the one you need!

She is very knowledgeable and makes the entire process as easy as possible. I am not a direct client through buying / selling a home but I am often in the office as a 3rd party. It is amazing how much education and teamwork goes on through out this office.
