We had a great experience with Jason. He dedicated his time and energy to getting our case. He is very reasonable and he is our go to for anything we may need him for in the future. Back in the early 90’s I was working for the court system when I first met Jason Butscher as he was beginning his career practicing law. Over 30 years we continued to work together. Recently, I retired after working 31 years for the county.

Employees & environment

He doesn’t even deserve one star. He will do absolutely nothing. You’re better off representing yourself- and then he’ll tell you he got you a “good deal”. He won’t even get you standard visitation. What a joke. Do not use him!

Does not respond to emails. Extremely unprofessional. At the very least I should have received a secretaries response saying, "I'm sorry, but we're unable to take your case because..."
