Edgewood Pharmacy

I was fighting with CVS to get my son’s medication filled with a manufacture coupon. They told me it their system was down, the pharmacist wouldn’t speak to me directly only through the techs. They told me I could pay $400 and hopefully get reimbursement from the manufacturer (they don’t do that). Thankful my provider recommended this pharmacy. I would like to bring my business here permanently. FIRST AND FOREMOST, the pharmacist spoke directly with me and was knowledgeable and confident in what he could and could not do. I was literally crying at the difference in how I was treated despite using CVS and the same pharmacy for years. I’ll be using Edgewood from now on!

Last night we went to pick up a Rx. The pharmacist couldn’t find it so we told him we’d double check with Dr in the morning to make sure it got called in. Pharm finds it 30 min later after close. We live local and he DROVE IT TO OUR HOUSE free of charge! Simply amazing.

We switched to Edgewood Pharmacy several years ago and are still somehow astonished by the excellent care and service we receive from KD and his staff! They are kind, expedient, and caring.

Seriously as great as the reviews say. Sometimes I'm skeptical about google reviews but I noticed AFTER dealing with them that they had all these 5star ratings and just wanted to chime in and say they deserve it. I called 8 pharmacies today trying to fill a prescription for medicine for a surgery tomorrow. Not only are they the only ones who had it in stock, everything else about the experience stood in stark contrast to the other pharmacies. I plan to take all my prescriptions there from now on! Thank you!

Just recently started using this pharmacy and honestly one of the best places ever. The pharmacist is very understanding and helpful and actually cares. Better then most big named brand pharmacies out there.

This is the best pharmacy in the area. It's so much better to interact with people who are interested and concerned with the livelihood of their business, and by extension, your health and well being, than dealing with someone covering their hourly shift at our other local pharmacies.
The web interface for refills and texting for pickup are a nice bonus!

Excellent customer service in a family owned and friendly pharmacy. All customers are treated like family here and your needs are definitely met. KD goes above and beyond as a pharmacist in making sure you recieve all the attention and care you need in regards to your medications. Exceptional compounding services as well to meet all requests from patients.

Amazing service. They work hard to save me $ and greeted me by name the first time I picked up a prescription. Walgreens doesn’t know my name and I’d been with them for 15 years. Love this pharmacy!

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! They fill our prescriptions so fast, research our insurance company quickly to see if it is covered, and are very knowledgeable. Their friendliness and professionalism are unmatched!

My family needed a medication that Kroger and CVS has but they say they don't. So after some searching, I found Edgewood Pharmacy, and I am glad I did. They understood the prescription and had it available the next day. I am glad we found this pharmacy because they get it right the first time.
