If we could give a 10* rating we would but the max rating here is 5 and so we give 5*. We worked with Tonya and Michal and the process couldn’t have been easier. At first I had a lot of questions and Tonya answered them all in a timely and helpful manner. She introduced us to Michal her wonderful assistant who handled the documentation and again was always there to answer questions and give information when needed. We didn’t have to deal with a lot of people which was nice, when another person (Ann) was introduced into the transaction we were told who she was and what her role was. The communication between Tonya, Michal and us was efficient and friendly and professional. Having been through a similar process with another company in the past I can say that working with First United and Tonya and Michal by far a superior experience. We would highly recommend Tonya !
