Aspen Dental

We have had a very pleasant experience so far with Aspen Dental. We went through the scheduling process and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday which is unheard of.
The front desk was very welcoming and helpful as they went over my treatment plan after the dentist had seen me.
The dentist was very informative without being condescending or pitying. I was so pleased with my visit that I scheduled my husband 2 hours out from my appointment as they are going to be our new dentist. I'm so happy they take our insurance as well! They are literally half the price of other places with our insurance.
I may update my review after going through my dental procedures in the next few weeks depending on how it goes

All the ladies at Aspen were wonderful, from Avery with the wonderful greeting to Hannah and Dana making us feel right at home. Ms. Erin and Dr. Vo were very knowledgeable with their expertise and helped a laymen like my self understand what was going on with me and my teeth. Amanda helped bring it on home with the best part, the $$$, and gave me everything I needed to make the right decisions. There was one more gal at the front, I think her name was Brooke, and she was wonderful as well!

I brought my 8 month old daughter in to get a root canal and everyone that worked here was amazing and helped with her while I was getting work done!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for making me and my baby girl feel comfortable here! Always great work

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful, caring, and in tune with their patients. I was very nervous, especially knowing that the work I needed was going to be expensive. The lady that helps with financial planning put me at ease, explained everything throughly and made the whole process seem so easy. Now I'm just excited to get started and get my smile back. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left everyone I encountered was just absolutely amazing! I'm terrified of the dentist because of previous experiences. My dentist today was so nice and explained everything in detail so I understood what is happening and what needs to happen. I was told by previous dentist that I have to have all of my teeth removed and have full dentures, after today's visit I learned that isn't the case at all. I am so very excited to work with Aspen dental in Sherman Texas! For once I'm happy to go and be taken care of. Everyone in the building went above and beyond to assure my comfort and stress were taken care of. I'm ready to get my smile back and I know I chose right by going here. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!

They were amazing to me. I came in for an emergency extraction, I wasn’t going to be able to pay it in full and they did everything in their power to ensure I got it taken care of the same day (today) Jasmine was so great to me and so was everyone else on shift I asked for names but do not remember them at this moment. I appreciate this facility and I recommend them to anyone who needs dental care, I will be returning. Thank you ladies.

I was a walk-in and they worked me in in a very timely manner. Very thorough, professional and great to work with. They found the problem and have scheduled my next appointment to fix the tooth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

This place is amazing, didn’t feel judged, n and out quick, Dr Vo is really kind and quick with tooth extraction. I already feel 100 times better than going in.

I was very anxious to go to a dentist but quickly put at ease. I have unique experience because needing to get ready for heart surgery and being on the blood thinner Warfarin. Prayerfully, I am hopeful for all the parts to work together.

Excellent service. Dr.Kassabji was amazing. He was thorough, efficient and kept me informed of every part of my treatment. I recommend and commend him for his continuous interest in my comfort and his detailed approach to making me comfortable. The office staff made me feel as if I had been a patient for years. Courtesy and concern was greatly appreciated. This was my first but definitely not my last visit to Aspen Dental in Sherman, TX.

Very welcoming, not too expensive everything was reasonably priced. They’re considerate of your schedule and will always do what’s best for you.

I’ve always had high anxiety and a fear of the dentist since I was a small girl but they talk with me and made me so comfortable i wasn’t super focused on my fear of the dentist and all the bad experiences I’ve had in the past. My partner and I will be going to them for the long run and i hope when our boys get older Aspen will also be their dentist.

Very friendly and professional staff. I always felt welcome and greeted with a smile. Jasmine especially made my last visit very pleasant. Thank you team Aspen!

The staff went out of their was to accommodate my needs & was very friendly. Once I finished my new patient paperwork, I was ushered into the back for my exam & consultation, all the while engaged in some light conversation. (I imagine that was too alleviate the stress of being in a dentist office-lol!) My doctor explained the details of the various different procedures we could use in my case, & answered all my questions & addressed my concerns without any hesitation & with respect. My exit with the finance dept was comfortable & all concerns were addressed & she went out of her way to offer her help.

The staff was warm and friendly. The one who helps with financing couldn't have been more willing to help with a financial plan. She found one that actually works with my income. Very happy.

Upon arrival I was Greeted by a #1Frindly Staff who immediately made me feel at ease. Throughout the Consultation I was able to find out what was going to happen with a Goal towards a new Smile, and delighted to be a Aspen Customer.

I am not a dentist girl. I was honestly so scared to go that I avoided it for 6+ years. I’ve had a problem tooth for almost two years now. I made an appointment, got in three days later and was able to finance/set up a plan in about three hours. the dentist had my bad tooth out in less than 30 seconds, completely painless and the staff was amazing. Jess was one of the assistants that worked with me and she is incredible. (she also held my hand while I had my tooth pulled hehe) I’d never been so relaxed at the dentist.
they explained every detail of my procedures THOROUGHLY and answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were from me being scared.
I can’t recommend this place enough. it truly changed my perspective of going to the dentist and I’m actually excited to go back in the future and get my teeth back to where they should be.

Everyone was really nice and the process was quick. This was my first visit. I bought the Aspen Dental Plan and saved a lot on my upcoming work since I don’t have Insurance!!!
