Good communication. Everything was exactly as they said. Pricing was competitive. The trailer took a little longer to build than expected but that was fine with me. The Diamond C trailer has no issues so far.

Called them up to reserve, paperwork was smooth when I arrived and they even help me hitch it up and give me a quick crash course on trailer hook up does and donts since this is my official first time hauling and owning one. We got also got worked on the same day, whereas other companies we called tried to wait until the next day or Wednesday. The other companies we called did not have good customer, Happy Trailer customer service was 5 starts. I do recommend.
