Called looking for a part that none of the automotive stores had. They had what I was looking for and set it aside for me. Great service and friendly staff.

Have to say i really liked this dealer, friendly people too, i went to go buy a part for my expedition and not only did they stock the part (ABS module) but it was priced at only a 1/3 of what a mega-dealer in KATY was asking!! Thanks Tommy Vaughn!

Could not answer simple questions or provide customer service for me. Representative in parts was passive aggressive. If I remember correctly the name is Junior... said manager was available to speak but I was sent to voicemail. I do not recommend.

I’m going to warn anyone considering of buying any parts from this company do not. Earlier today I purchased 2 brake calipers from Carlos in the parts department and explained to him there wasn’t any possibility of being in before they closed would he be able to leave at the front for us since we were over an hour away. He said that would not be an issue. This was told to him 4 times since I had to have these today to get our fleet truck back in the road to deliver an excavator to Austin by 7:00am tomorrow. Again he said no problem. When my driver called him 15 minutes before closing he told him they would be in will call if they had already closed by the time he got there. Well he forgot and now has cost me around 2000.00 that I would have made delivering the machine. I’m going to state that the new car side has nothing to do with parts and did there best to help us out but unfortunately did not have the keys to the parts department.
