I went to Auto zone for bolts to put on my front license plate and to see if they would put it on my car. When I walked in, I was greeted by the guys. I explained to the man that waited on me what I needed. He went and got the bolts and went out to see if they fit. They didn't so had to go back and look for a different size. I asked him if I needed a bracket so he showed me the different brackets they had and after looking at the front license, he told me I really did not need one but up to me. He did not charge me for taking the time to put on my front license plate. I was so happy about the whole experience with this store! You really feel valued as a customer! I highly recommend this store!!

The staff at the Denison and Durant stores have always been so helpful and at both store have been able to show me how to the simple things. Like headlights and turn signals. And have put them in while showing me at the same time

Went in looking for a trunk release latch, not something they carried but the manager on duty took his time on helping me find a fix and making sure all bolts/equipment fit. 10/10 love the customer service of this store, would definitely recommend.

I just got some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I don't know what you guys are paying Clifton up there but it's not enough this guy went above and beyond to help me out. he was extremely professional courteous and patient. this is the kind of service that earns my business thank you Clifton. you have earned my business I will be back! if you need help this is the place to be you will get the help you need. all of the staff was helpful but Clifton was especially helpful.

My battery died while my car was being worked on yesterday. I called and drove to two other places and they told me they couldn’t help me replace it the same day, but Clifford E. was so kind and helpful. He checked to first see if he could replace it, and then proceeded to work in 100+ heat to de-corrode and replace my battery in the parking lot. We needed to leave for a trip the next day and I don’t know what I would’ve done without his expertise and skillfulness. He’s the epitome of an employee and I’m so grateful he was there to help me.

I want to thank a gentleman at the Denison Texas store. My wife was stranded on the side road and she called the store and was helped by Lamar. He was extremely nice and professional.
When we were able to get her car to the store, Lamar change out her battery while chatting making us feel very relaxed during a very stressful situation.
He even took the time to explain to our grandson a few automotive things

Stopped in to get a trickle charger for my bike. The staff was very friendly and took time to make sure I had purchased what was needed and was very friendly. Like doing business with friendly folks.

The guys and girls who work here are beyond amazing and helpful and knowledgeable, they treat you like family and are always looking out for you and will help you save money anyway they can. I love the people here and that's why I'm a returning customer and always will be a AutoZone customer. Wish I could give 10 stars

It was a very satisfying experience. The sales person asked if he could me find something. He looked it up and told me about my options. Then he took it upon himself to expertly install my wipers. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I stopped by to get new wiper blades because the ones I had were squeaking. The gentlemen not only looked up the correct blades, but they also went out to my car to confirm that they had the correct ones. He said he wasn't sure that one of the blades would work. He went back to my car and put it on BEFORE he charged me for them!! OUTSTANDING customer service and I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! I DEFINITELY will be going back!!!
