I was today with my family looking for new shoes for my next vacation and I didn’t know what kind of shoes to buy and Conner help me so much I was about to go until he give me all the information about the different between all different kinds of shoes he was really knowledge about all kinds of products and I ending finding the shoes the was the right for me thank you conner

I love the new store! Great displays that make you feel excited about sports and an expanded selection on sports goods

Renee, the manager saved the day. We had a horrible experience in the shoe section. It was impossible to get help or even keep help. I would rather sit at the DMV then suffer through the experience again. However, Renee saw the desperate look in my eyes and quickly remedied the situation and refocused the staff to realize the customer pays their salary.

This place is a Dreamland for anyone looking to do a 180 in their lives. This stores layout is organized according to each sport or out door activity. Like the crossbows are in one section, and elite ones too, and then you got everything under the sun about guns, then you got Astros gear in one section and then Texans gear next too it. Followed by exercise equipment, baseball, basketball, football sections, and golf. Stuff like deer urine and camping cookout equipment. Whole section of sunglasses and a big fishing pole fishing lures and everything you need to catch gut and mount all types of fish. But the big stunner that this stores has offered the public is the grand outdoor wilderness diorama in the back of fields and dreams , it's nextdoor neighbor store. I mean real stuffed moose, grizzly, badger, Blackbear, wild turkey, muledeer, whitetail deer, and mountain lion defending it's deer kill all on the side o a mountain. It's a stunner of a exhibit.

Found a shirt I wanted online that said they were in store, I was in and out in quick. The store is very nice, great selection of workout clothes and shoes

This store has some of everything for indoor and outdoor sports and activities. The first thing I noticed walking in was the fire arm check in and I was greeted by an employee. I was looking for a dart board but I wasn't in a hurry to find it so I didn't ask for help, even though 3 employees I came across asked me if I needed anything. Everything was very neat and displayed nicely. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. Very nice visit.

I did a curbside pick up. My online order was quickly filled and curbside instructions were clear. I like that there were options on where in the car you wanted your order. Mine still went in the trunk because of its size, but it is nice to know smaller orders could go in the front passenger or either side of the back seat too. I did not wait long for my order to be brought out once I checked in. Staff was friendly and both greeted me and wish me a good day.

I was extremely impressed with the workers and staff at Dick’s today. I felt very cared for and protected by the employee’s. They enforced 6-feet distancing and they wiped and sanitized the whole register counter after every costumer. All the employees were wearing masks and were very courteous about maintaining their distance from the costumers and each other. 10/10 will come again

Jayson in the baseball department was super helpful. We needed a new baseball glove for our son and he helped us find the right one. He showed us all the options and explained to us the different sizes. Once we found the right one he steamed it for us and worked with our son until it was easy for him to close it. We highly recommend.

I got out there late for the holiday sales. Items that were not in-store were easily ordered online and shipped to my home. Thanks for your assistance Jacob.

great...for such a large store I had someone help find specific items on the phone before I came and also in store for additional items as well. During check out management was accommodating with a service question regarding the rewards program....great experience.

Was there this past weekend seeking out new shoes. While there I was approached by one of their sales associates named Kenny. He gave me a few suggestions on shoes and how to take care of the shoes, different types of ways to wear the shoes which I found very helpful. Overall I had a very good experience here and I will definitely come here again.

Shaun Bucio and the rest of the fitness team were the bomb. Awesome service and got me what I needed and was looking for with home gym equipment. Even recommended a pair of training shoes for me that I ended up purchasing online while I was there. Highly recommend them based solely on service alone.

This place is always a good visit. We went last time for a golf club. They have many different choices when it comes to different types of clubs and different prices. They have a great selection of tennis, basketball and football equipment. As well as the outfits they go with them. They even have kid sized equipment in all those areas of sports. It looked like they also offer classes in golf, it looked like it was held on site. They have several screens that have a golf course projected on them and there was a kid who was practicing by hitting the ball into the screen, which then looks like if measures the impact and translates how far it would go. Very cool.
Also, the staff were all friendly and helpful.
