Justin was fantastic! He took the time to listen and understand what I needed. We talked about a variety of different options in tennis shoes and found the perfect pair, along with insoles. Will definitely be bringing my husband in to find his perfect pair. Great experience!! What an amazing selection of tennis shoes too!

Dana helped me analyze my foot need and shoe recommendations, I mean when I tell you she is the most patient and passionate about helping and giving all her experience that will never miss lead , the store is fascinating pretty and clean and things are layed out nicely categorized! Recommend ❤

I came into the store with my daughter to purchase track shoes for her. We had received some of the best costumer service from the employee who helped us. His name is Justin, and he was super kind and thoughtful. He was extremely helpful when it came to picking the perfect shoes for my daughter. We left with exactly what we were looking for. Again, he was super sweet, and was very knowledgeable on the stores merchandise. A great employee who was always helping and welcoming everyone who came into the store. Looking forward to more future purchases! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sun and Ski!!

Jason provided amazing customer service!! We tried many bikes and my daughter was able to test ride them in the parking lot. He was very patient and answered all of our many questions. Clearly he is an expert!! We found the perfect match for her.

I purchased 1000 dollars of items and my sales person was Mason. He fitted me for boots and did an amazing job. Was super thorough and patient. I truly am a difficult person to fit. He was able to resolve multiple problems with my sizing and made it a lot of fun for us. He has a great customer service personality. We also had assistance from DJ. Our bike purchases to our shoes each employee is so patient, educated, and customer centric. My husband and I train with our regular fitnes daily and/or special fitness events. They’ve helped find the shoes we need to help minimize pain and optimize training. Their machine to recommend shoes and see pressure points is so cool! I’m so thankful for this store and the peace of mind I have when making purchase on shoes that can be expensive but still in budget 😃

Mason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and introduced us to new products as well. Fantastic customer service. We will be back because of him!

DJ and Derek are extremely helpful. They went out of their way to get what we needed, made sure it fit our son correctly and were extremely helpful in giving our son advice for his first time skiing coming back because they were more than amazing! DJ did an incredible job fitting me for my first pair of ski boots. He was super through and knowledgeable. He tried several different pairs to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the fit. I really appreciate the informative experience!

It was our first time buying bikes and the customer service was great! We did not catch the guy’s name, but he took the time to answer any questions added all the accessories to our bikes and even helped us put our bike rack to our car. He wasn’t able to complete because he was running late to next next job, but never tried to rush anything. We had to tell him it’s okay you did the best and he asked someone else named Matthew to help us outside. It was not Matthew’s area which he wasn’t too familiar with bikes, but he still helped us. He had manager on his phone while we had YouTube trying to figure it out. Finally we got the bike rack setup and we were ready to go! Thank you to Matthew and the other guy (sorry we did not catch his name) for all your help!

The sales associate Mathew was a tremendous help finding the right shoe for my wife and I. Amazing support to finding the right running shoes. I’ve never had a better shoe, and this technology at this place scanned my foot and provided me with the right shoe.

Jasmine is excellent. Don't lose her. She took the time to provide thorough explanations, recommendations and was very pleasant. If I ever need snow gear again I would definitely come back. If you find yourself needing help I'm sure everyone is excellent but asking for Jasmine would be the move!

Conner was our salesman and he was amazing. We are first time skiers and had little knowledge of what to purchase for our trip. He was very patient and answered all of our questions with such ease. It was so nice to actually speak with someone who knows quite a bit about skiing and the super cold conditions that this native South Texan has no clue about. I would highly recommend seeking him out!

Jasmine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived at Webster store an hour before the closing, and it was busy. Jasmine took the time to help me set up my new board and bindings. She also helped out many other customers during this hour, but always found the time to find me and answer additional questions. She also sold me a board bag, boot bag and stomp pad.

Overall experience was an A++. I also love the new store location and set up. Will be returning for sure!!

Store looks wonderful. Very organized and clean . We were greeted by multiple staff but Matthew helped find the size shoe we needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
