Meyer Oaks

I’m on year 2 at Meyer Oaks and love how quiet it is! They have made some changes since I first moved in but happy that Ms. Dina is accommodating and helpful. I had a few maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and with a quick call and conversation with Ms. Dina she got them fix the same day. If you’re looking for a quiet area, easy access to several shopping areas and friendly staff then this is the place for you.

Meyer Oaks is a wonderful place to live. It’s a friendly community where you can raise kids. Have pets. Take a swim in either of two pools. Workout in the gym. The office personnel Queen and Mayra are the best at what they do hands down. They take very good care of current tenants as well as future tenants. The maintenance team Mr Hosea and his personnel are the greatest. Repairs are done in a timely manner. I’ve never had a problem with a work order not being completed. Meyer Oaks has different socials to try and get the residents familiarized with each other. The location is very convenient. 610 is a half of a block alway. My unit is large and spacious. The unit is very clean upon viewing the apt. The kitchen is a nice size with newer appliances. Garbage disposal. The dining room is a decent size. The living space is huge. It also has a large balcony sliding door that leads to a long extended balcony. The balcony is the length of the living room and the bedroom combined. I’ve never had a balcony that long. The balcony overlooks the pool which is a plus. The bedroom is huge. Very nice. I has a huge closet space. In addition there’s a side closet that adds even more closet and or storage space. The bathroom is a nice size and very bright. It has a polished look. Also id like to add that prior to moving into the apt….it was freshly painted. The carpet was clean. The appliances were clean. And there were ceiling fans in the dining and living room area. This apt was up to my liking therefore I’ve been a tenant for almost two years. Parking is pretty good. Carports are available. I dont usually review. But i feel so happy i chose this property. The maintenance staff is timely and professional. The office staff is so welcoming and warm. The manager Queen has an open door policy which i have never had before. I always see staff walking the grounds and making touch ups which makes me feel like they care. Great job guys! Keep it up.

Loving it at Meyer Oaks! Great location and best of all, great management. The new manager, Ms. Queen, is absolutely amazing. She is the epitome of class and professionalism. And her sense of style is impeccable. Rockwell has won with this one. My parents have lived there for a number of years and have noticed a major shift in the clientele and the upkeep of the property since Ms. Queen stepped onto the scene. She's always cheerful and greets her residents, by name. And she can't walk the property without residents stopping to have a quick chat with her. And dare I say, Ms. Queen actually cares about the property and the residents. It's true what they say, the type of residents on a property is a reflection of the management. Since the new management arrived, my parents boast about their new neighbors being a Dr at Baylor U, an engineer at Chevron, and an owner of a local high end
wellness center. Anyone who doesn't notice or fails to acknowledge the changes at Meyer Oaks, is probably a part of the problem that was bringing this property down in the first place. Ghetto doesn't like class. You can see your way out if you do not appreciate a beautiful, clean, and positive environment. Kudos Rockwell!!!

Mayra was very professional and well knowledge. I’m choosing Meyer Oaks not only because the units are spacious, and great. But because Mayra made me feel like a person and not just another customer. She was very busy today and not once did she get overwhelmed and made you feel like you did not belong.

Best management and maintenance staff by far. Quick response and turnaround times. Ladies in the office are Welcoming and friendly. Property itself is conveniently located, what more is there.

I been living in the property for the past 7 months. Things haven’t been easy since soon after moving in the pandemic began, but through it all Liz has been very understanding and patient with my situation and has worked with me for the past couple of months. I highly recommend this property, even though I’ve had some maintenance issues along the way but when I call the issue in the ladies in the office make sure my issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Based on my personal experience I will be renewing my lease once it’s up for renewal. I am glad I chose this place as my home.

Lived here for 3 years and everyone was nice. The employees and the neighbors. Management changed once since I moved in and they are doing a fantastic job.

My second month at Meyer Oaks and I must say it has been pleasant. Liz made my move in quick & effortless. She has answered and helped with any questions or concerns I’ve had. The community itself is quiet and clean.

I moved back in November 2019 and i honestly love it here i definitely renewed my lease for another year. Since i moved in it has been a good experience, everyone at the leasing office is always very helpful and proffesional regardless of what i need. The units are spacious and they keep the property clean. AGAIN LOVE IT HERE.

Meyer oaks is one of the most wonderful apartments I lived ever since queen and Lori took over these woman will help u and they are very understanding. The biggest shout out I want to give is to Mr Eric as well to thank u so much for everything

The best office and maintenance staff I've ever been with! Quick responses to maintenance requests. Great common areas that are well-kept. Great neighbors and vibes. The downside is that the rent is slightly high for such an old complex. But the staff, neighbors, location, and amenities basically make up for it! The manager is very professional, great personality easy to talk too. Overall Awesome person. and lisa is the best she jokes and plays with kids she is awesome person 1 day

i have lived here for 2 weeks and honestly can say that its been great. small complex...quiet at night....clean ....the peaceful sounds of flowing water echo throughout. (helps me sleep at night) ... location is near EVERYTHING ...current manager cares about the property and it shows. i love my solitude too much sometimes but even I feel like im the only one who lives here. it's that quiet.

Liz And Dina always make me feel so welcomed every morning I Walk to the gym (Gyms next to office).The staff is super friendly and maintenance is always there for when you need something. Super clean environment I totally recommend Meyer Oaks! Absolutely love living here.

Lived here for 10 years. I like that it’s quiet. Neighbors are really nice. Love it! Great location! Great price! Children are zoned to Horn Elementary which is a great school. The ladies in the office are very nice and genuine. Thanks Dina & Liz for being awesome! :)

I’ve had a pleasant experience while staying here at Meyer Oaks apartments. Liz and Dina were very professional and took care of all my needs in a very professional and prompt manner. I would highly recommend these apartments for future residents.

Love their property. It’s a very quiet complex and the girls at the office are always so nice .. I absolutely love how everything is close by - you can literally walk. It is also VERY convenient that washer&dryer is also an option and that there is a small GYM INSIDE!!! Time to get rid of that COVID belly ;)

I was referred to Myer Oaks by Sevil from Wingate from Greyrock Reality upon entering the leasing office I knew I was at a professional well managed property Liz and Dina are amazing they made my move in process a breeze!!! I toured the property and it’s well maintained and clean I love my new residence and plan on staying her until I buy a house in a few years🥰

I lived here for over a year and really enjoyed living here! Staff is very proffesional, accommodating and responsive. Although it is an older complex, it is very well maintained and clean. When maintenance was needed it was quickly addressed. Pet friendly, quiet, calm environment and in a nice area. 👍👍

I have lived a this property about nine month’s now so far I love it. It’s a nice community and love the management they always take care of any maintenance issues I have. Ladies at the office very professional. And I’m very happy living here.
