Very disappointed with the office staff of Guardian Home Health out of Sherman, Tx. Thank goodness their nurses are awesome! But when calling the office my cared for person gets talked to rudely two times. She was told on of 10/04/2022 that she was "NOT to call the office" for issues. She asked who she was speaking to and the the woman would not tell her!!!! Never experienced a home health that was this unprofessional. My cared for person seldom calls the office. Other home health groups have always encouraged her to do this if she did not feel well. The nurse of this agency told my person to call if she needed help of any kind!...Disappointed....I would try a different home health if you are looking for one.

Was discharged from the hospital on the 15 th it's now the 28th still waiting on my nurse to show up? 😐
