This review is based on basis of a single transaction with Travel Guzs- JJ in particular. After 40 years with one agent and friend who passed away I needed a new travel professional. I think I have found the right party based on recommendation of someone in the industry. Airlines have become greedy, dishonest and unprofessional: so the role of a travel professional is s critical. I am also a Google reviewer and hence careful with my recommendations.

I booked tkts with TravelGuzs and it was confirmed. Received an email from the airline it was booked on. The I looked at the email from TravelGuzs again and it showed canceled. This is a TERRIBLE site.

Be aware or this website mainly for Indian citizen. It deducts money without OTP and after cancellation my ticket was not refunded. The go first never received cancellation
