Once again, We used Zul’s services to plan my birthday cruise. This was my first cruise so I was looking forward to the experience. Zul pretty much took care of most of the planning & details to get us ready for travel. We went on a 5-day cruise to Progreso & Cozumel. I have to say it was an awesome experience!! The food was good, lots of activities to do & the staff was the best!! We were treated very well, and our room statesman was on point with taking care of our needs. That’s the reason we use Zul for our travel needs. He has so much knowledge on different places to travel. He was also very patient as we went back and forth trying to decide when & where to go. He has yet to disappoint us. We will continue to use him for future travel. Thank you Zul for being such an awesome travel agent!

Zul is very knowledgeable about the areas to go and have a great vacation. He spends quality time with you to make sure you're happy with your destination I on of choice. We missed our flight and he was able to help us make new flight & hotel arrangements w/ very little out of pocket. Webs used him several times before and recommend others to do the same.

If ever in need of a travel agent don't hesitate to contact Zul at Travel Spectrum in Stafford, Texas. Zul has been our travel agent for 9yrs now and has been amazing & helpful thus far! We recently went on our 12 year anniversary trip and let's just say Zul made sure we had the best setup. At the time there was alot of crime going on in different countries. We gave the different places we wanted to visit, Zul contacted us with pricing & recommendations. He made sure we stayed at a resort that was a safe zone. He's always so patient, helpful and kind! As long as we're able to travel we'll continue going through Zul at Travel Spectrum for all of his expertise and great customer service!

We have used Zul, with Travel Spectrum, for multiple vacations. He made sure every trip was perfect! He finds out exactly what you're looking to get out of your vacation and he takes the time to plan the perfect resort, in the best location, for what you want to do. We took our entire family, 10 of us, on a trip to Cancun and we could not have done it without Zul. Traveling with that many people can be very difficult but Zul had everything so well planned that there were no problems. More recently, my husband and I went to Jamaica. We wanted a more relaxed vacation than the previous vacations we took. Zul booked us at the Zoetry Wellness and Spa Resort Montego Bay. This was the absolute best resort for us to have a quiet, relaxing vacation. The resort is very small so it is pretty quiet. Because its such a small resort you really get to know the staff and the other guests that are staying there. All of the staff were amazing!! They make you feel like you are such an important guest. At one point, a pipe in one of the walls in our room was leaking down into the library. Our room did not get affected by the leak but they needed to access the pipe from our room. Because they felt we were inconvenienced, they upgraded our room to one with a swim out pool. The only small complaint I have is that some things that they offer were a little unclear or not well known. For instance, you have the ability to request any meal you want from their chef, at any time. This isn't really told to you, so we didn't find out about it until our final night there. Also, there are multiple room service menus but the one that is available in your room is very limited. We had to ask about it, and when we did, we were given 3 separate menus by different staff members. I just felt that we would have had more options, for meals, if we had been told a little more clearly how to access all they offered. Aside from that, the resort, the service, the staff and the property itself were absolutely amazing! I will definitely go back to Zoetry Montego Bay! And, I will always use Zul at Travel Spectrum to plan all my future vacations! Thank you Zul!!

Zul helped us plan our entire honeymoon and booked all our flights and hotels. He took so much pressure off of us in the planning stages and throughout our entire travel. He is extremely knowledgeable, responds very quickly and does his absolute best to ensure you have a trip of a lifetime.

Zul is awesome. I planned a trip for my 50th birthday and he recommended an adult only 5 star resort in Mexico. I am so happy I went with his recommendation because we had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience there. Zul made sure I along with all of my guest were taken care of and even followed up after our vacation to see if we had a good time. We had a great vacation in Mexico with at least 17 of our friends family. Zul was able to manage all the reservations, including special requirements that we gave him bc again 17 people. He was very responsive and helpful. This was our second trip with Zul, and will not be the last! The first was our honeymoon in Belize, and that was fantastic.Thank you, Zul!

Zul was excellent in booking multiple trips. Last year to the Bahamas and this year to Cancun. He is extremely responsive and will check up with you throughout the process.

Always ask questions and please work with Zul to make sure all information is correct. He will accommodate in anything that is needed.

My cousin and I went to Cancun, Mexico for her Bday and I must say it was probably one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Transportation to and from the airport were all taken care of and Zul was sure to be very thorough about travel requirements and tips! We had so much fun we were not ready to go home. Hotel Xcarat was amazing and I would highly recommend for your next stay. Zul won’t steer you wrong and he also has a great personality! Thanks again Zul and travel spectrum this definitely will be first of many.

I had contacted several travel agencies to obtain quotes for our annual corporate group trip and ended up choosing Travel Spectrum to help us with the trip and we are very glad we did. Zul was extremely helpful in planning our honeymoon to Greece and Croatia . He was very personable and knowledgeable during our initial meeting. Everything from our airfare, accommodations and to and from airport pickups were taken care of. He connected us to local travel agents that helped us book additional sight seeing tours as well. My husband and I were pleased with the service and would recommend Zul.

Since our last review, below, we took another trip (March 2018) to the Riviera Maya that Zul arranged for us. Simply spectacular. He is a wonderful resource for us. He made the pickup at the airport smooth, and got us just a perfect room, which was everything we wanted, and more! He navigated a change in dates, through a travel insurance option he recommended, which saved us a ton of money. All-in-all, we have found that working with Zul is wonderful, and means a great vacation!

My wife and I had a simply wonderful trip to the Riviera Maya five years ago for our anniversary. Zul arranged it all for us, and we had a great time. My friends and I booked a trip to Jamaica through Travel Spectrum. There were about 20 of us, we each had different concerns and specifications for our trip and Zul (travel agent) was able to accommodate each of us. It was my first all inclusive resort experience and it was my first time ever using a travel agent, but it will not be my last. Zul was very easy to talk and helpful with planning our vacation. We stopped by his office on a Saturday and he immediately dropped everything and came in to talk to us. We didn't know where we wanted to go but just knew that we wanted to go to a nice all-inclusive resort for our 1 year anniversary. Zul talked to us about different places and recommendations. We ended up choosing Punta Cana, DR. Leading up to the trip, Zul provided us with everything that we needed. We met with him one other time to pick some excursions and make the final payment. He called us a couple days before the trip to answer any last minute questions. Then he was available during our trip to address any arising issues. We had an excursion cancelled and the only thing we had to do was send Zul an email and he was able to get our refund. We could always get a hold of Zul (phone or email) and plan on booking our next vacation with him.

My wife and I had a great experience booking with Zul Isom for the first time from beginning to end for our hassle-free anniversary trip to Bora Bora/Mo’orea. Great service. Zul, is a nice guy and works hard to please his customers. We booked a vacation with him that included airfare, car and hotel and were highly pleased. We are ready to go again.
