Real friendly, great quality hay. However, i have not had great luck picking up a cowboy here!

The new owner of the store is very customer friendly.
The young man name Major is very informative about the products. 4 stars for now. Will update.

Update: Call to place a late evening order for the horses and goats. 30 minutes late went to pick up product, the owner had everything ready to go. He has all my animal info on file so that made it so much easier to pull up, pick up and go.

A friend of mine recommended Cowboy Trading Company earlier this year because I injured myself and needed to purchase layer feed. (I normally grind my own.) It was high quality feed at better prices than I could get elsewhere. I needed hay and found the quality and price better than what I had been paying.
I am back to grinding my own feed but would highly recommend their feed and hay to anyone.
As to the staff and service. It is personal and friendly. If you like to hang out and chew the fat while you are there, no place is better.
Country is spoken there.
