Greatest landlords ever. Just signed our 5th year lease with them. Always friendly and understanding when life happens. Very fast response when it comes to household repairs. They usually get someone out the same or next day. I use email to contact them and they always message back the same or next day. The application and viewing process is way easier than anywhere else. I will NEVER rent from anyone else and will probably buy through them as well once we're ready.
10/10 recommend no credit check, just proof of income. No evictions, and a good rental history is all you need.

I recently purchased a home and had Scott Broiles with SherDen as my realtor. I was extremely pleased with how attentive Scott was to my needs. He worked with my work schedule and was extremely prompt with his responses when I called or text him. He was so quick with paperwork and had documents to me within hours. If there is a property you love, he will make sure he does everything he can within his ability to make it happen. The entire SherDen team has been nothing but professional and very friendly. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for real estate needs!

Arrived at 10:00 or 11:00 that morning to ask about available houses filled out application and was approved and giving keys by 4:00pm..nice house in a nice neighborhood and we plan on being long term renters.
