Ray & his crew were superb, from start to finish ( 2 week project). It began with a visit from Ray, doing a walk-thru & estimate for our 2 story 4,425 square foot home, with various ceilings and wood floors on both levels. I mention this because, every inch of my floors were taped and protected. My floors remain intact and perfect.

Most important , Ray's knowledge of his industry, paint colors and textures, contrast, decorative vision, was a blessing. He knew what would typically work best for my situation and helping us to NARROW DOWN the choices were amazing! I think "Knowledge" needs to be part of the Company Name: inStyle Painting and Remodeling and Knowledge

His crew arrived every single day as scheduled and always on time. All my questions were answered and their questions, asked of us, were appreciated. There was never any jumping to conclusions. They paid much attention to detail. One Case in Point: I've options for my ceilings, as they are different shapes & levels, so they didn't assume, they asked "how would you like this painted?"

Just mentioning the following because it matters and everyone likes to have a good, productive work day. We're not the type of customer that just say "here's your money, get the job done." We like to be appreciated in our own work and believe everyone else does too. Thus, we had lunch prepared just a couple of times (giving them a break ) and music to "whistle while you work" too.

Truly, what could've been a miserable 2 weeks, were enjoyable and stress free and their work was STELLAR!!!

Our 150 pounds each of Great Danes, warmed up to them and would meet & greet them at the door, tails wagging & dog toys.

In a Texas Sized Nutshell, it was like having your talented friends working hard & happily in your home to make it beautiful.

P.S. Yes, they wore their Covid masks, just in case that was a thought.

We hired InStyle to paint our entire 4100 sq ft house from ceiling to floor, including the kitchen cabinets. Ray was a joy to work with! He was so kind and patient with me, as I had a lot of questions, was very stressed, and made changes to our order. Their prices are reasonable, and the painters were on time every day and very professional. They completely covered our house to protect the floors and windows like true pros. We were crunched for time and they got the entire job done, including our kitchen cabinets in a week! They even upgraded our paint to a nicer grade! We loved them and would work with them again!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! They are responsive, flexible, accommodating, talented and FAST! In 2018, they painted my entire home prior to my moving in. Even tho it was 3 days before Xmas AND a really big job, they never rushed and were meticulous about straight lines and flawless walls. They finished in 3 days! Instyle was also BY FAR the least expensive quote I received.

Last week we decided to update some walls and Instyle once again exceeded my expectations. They had a crew out quickly and gave me the full house discount even though it was just a couple of rooms. They are amazing!! Thanks Instyle!!

Ray gave me a rough price over the phone before coming out to give me a quote for some texture repairs and painting an entire home. They started two days later and did a great job. Ray, the paint crew, and the office were all polite, professional and easy to work with.

They were great at doing half our house. george is very good at what he does and really nice guy. unfortunately i lost his number and tried contacting instyle over 8 times to do the rest of our house and zero responses

Initial sales guy was somewhat abrasive, worked through it because price was affordable. Painters rushed, no attention to detail, missed huge areas behind commodes, laundry room, ledge in formal dining. I was present and had to point out areas that were overlooked. Ceiling repair prior to paint was to be included. NO ceiling repairs done at all just a paint over. If using for rental or flip, yeah ok, but not if your living in your home with pride!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Owner and his ‘Project Manager’ side kick are rude, unprofessional and unethical. I had to file a BBB complaint for the first time in my life. I’m sure they’ve done a decent job on some projects but trust me it’s NOT WORTH taking the chance that things will go wrong. There are a million good painters in the area so do yourself a big favor and KEEP LOOKING! You may end up with a huge nightmare on your hands trying to deal with this low level business. I ended up having to pay a second company to come in and fix the mess they caused. Worst experience ever!

I would stay as far away from this company as you can!!!! I received an ad from Angie's List stating "$1,399 for Exterior House Painting that was Valid for up to 2,000 square feet of exterior surface area on one- or two-story house and included all paint, labor and materials". I called on Friday and set an appointment for them to come out to my house and give an estimate on what it would cost to paint. Ray showed up on Saturday and walked around the house and said my house was huge and that the Angie's List ad was not for 2,000 square feet of exterior surface area as it stated but was for a 2,000 square foot house. That was the first red flag!! He then asked if I had received other quotes and I said Yes. He asked how much and I said you never start the negotiations by telling the price they have to beat. I told him I wanted to see his quote. Ray slammed his electronic notebook shut and I said "We do over $3 million worth of business every year and we don't need your business!!" I said I want to see your quote and he refused and stormed out of my house. I called their number and talked to someone that said he was the manager. I told him what happened and he said he would investigate and call me back. Which as of this writing has never happened!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!! RUDE SALESPEOPLE that treat the customer like trash!!!!

I spoke to a person to get a quote and get some information on how much a painting job would cost. First and foremost this was a very rude and disgusting person. He did not even let me speak or ask the questions that I needed to ask. Then proceeded to have a raging attitude after I said I need someone ASAP. He says " good luck finding someone" ? Like what? I am trying to get information from you and possible hire you and you are going to be rude? Please do not hire these people.
This person proceeded to text me without any consent and say these things. I hope anyone hiring them thinks twice before doing so. I'm sure other workers are good but this person most likely the manager is not.
