They do beautiful work in repairs. My wife damaged her wedding ring in 3 different places and I also brought a necklace in to have the clasp fixed. They went above and beyond by rebuilding the bridge on her ring and polishing both the necklace and the ring. Her wedding ring looks as beautiful as the day we got married. The price was less than I was expecting.

Nasr Bros Jewelers were the ONLY jeweler that custom made my ring exactly how I wanted. Me and my husband went to many places but none seemed to listen or care to my requests about the ring I wanted. But Paul really listened and made sure the custom ring was to my liking before they had it made with a 3d models. Other places were trying to sell, but Nasr Bros wanted made to sure I got what I wanted. Prices are very fair as well!

Paul, Louis, Peter and John are the best and most honest jewelers you will ever find. We have gone to them for 34 years. My family and friends now all go to them for any jewelry need.

My wife bought a new Tag for me from Nasr - great deal and friendly service! Great place to do business with. UPDATE - went in recently - Nasr Brothers does free cleanings, battery replacements. I dealt with Paul - very friendly and did a great job with my wedding band and very old Heuer watch. Great selection of jewelry and Tag Heuer watches for men and women. They have other brands on display but I only have eyes for Tag!

I can’t say enough good things about Nasr Jewelers. The owner, Paul, is the sweetest and most humble guy to work with. He and I went back and forth to perfect my bridal set and he did everything in power plus some to make sure I was happy. The team continuously keeps you updated on the progress of your purchase and in case anything doesn’t seem right, they’re always willing to work with you. Nasr Bros in Fairview was amazing. They were helpful, knowledgeable, super fast, and reasonably priced. I had three watches that needed a combination of batteries replaced and links removed. They did the work while I waited and were done in no time. Super professional and friendly. They will be my go-to jeweler for life based on this experience. I wish I knew their names but special thanks to the very nice young woman who helped us at the front and the the young man who did the repairs. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience.

Nasr Bros was incredible to work with! I highly recommend for anyone looking for an engagement ring or any other jewelry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and all-around wonderful to work with. We purchased my engagement ring from there and they were extremely patient as I looked at styles I liked, and were more than happy to answer all of my questions and customize the ring. We chose a custom ring and it ended up being ready sooner than expected, and a few months down the road, they resized it free of charge. Anytime I come into the store, I'm always greeted with warm, genuine smiles and they clean the ring for free. Paul, Fabian, and the team are fantastic and provide wonderful customer service and I will treasure my ring forever. Thank you so much!

Nasr is honest and trustworthy. Went to have my wedding ring and band fixed and resized, I didn't ask about the cost as I was referred to from a person I knew well and I cared mostly to be in good trustworthy hands. I had them back in couple day looked brand new (after 15 years of wearing them, never took them off), they cleaned and polished them as well and the cost was same what I was quoted at Stonebriar mall, he didn't try to take an advantage of not agreeing on the price beforehand. Very pleased and highly recommend!!

Used them 3 times. One repair, one rework of old piece and lastly rework fix my pearls. I had the clasp on my pearls replaced because I could not open/close the clasp anymore. They are great to work with and I think prices are extremely fair. I trust them completely.

Based on the stellar reviews, I went there to have several watch batteries replaced. The owner was kind enough to do it while I waited. Customer service is obviously very important to this business.

Plus I unexpectedly found a beautiful Citizens watch for a very reasonable price, which I bought. Great selection of all kinds of lovely jewelry. I will definitely go back for any jewelry needs.

I have been visiting with Paul Nasr and Nick at the Nasr Brothers location in the Shops at Fairview for the past 6 months to identify the best ring options for my fiance and I. We were originally going to take the custom approach but with the help of both Paul and Nick we found a solution that was better suited for us.

This group has been wonderful work with since day one. They are very generous and understanding people that really care about providing you with the best jewelry possible. They are a family operated business and treat you like an actual customer vs. some of the other jewelry stores in town.

Brought a watch in for repair nearly two years ago and forgot it was there! Stupid on my part for sure but Nasr Bros kept the watch in their safe without knowing if I would ever come back and handed it to me when I came back in! Such great people! I would not have been upset at all if they didn’t have it but they kept it for me! I can’t say enough how impressed and thankful I am! This is my jewelry store! Cannot recommend enough!! We searched high and low for a good jeweler. Nasr Bros exceeded our expectations by far. We brought custom ring ideas to them and they turned out better than we could have imagined. Paul and his team go above and beyond to make every client feel special. Paul has the memory of an elephant - he remembers everyone and everything. It’s incredible to walk in two years later and he remembers you and exactly what he did for you. We’re so thankful we found Nasr Bros and that we forever have a jeweler we can trust!

Nick & Paul are very nice and friendly people to work with. I took a necklace to repair and they told me they would have it fixed next week but such amazing store they gave it to me the same week that I took it. Never have I been promised something from a store and they delivered. Their they will deliver more then they promise and my necklace looked like new. Not only did they fix my necklace but gave me great customer service even though that I got their late they still opened the door for me to get my necklace. I was so surprised on how wow customer service they have. I would recommend anyone here to buy jewelry or get there jewelry fixed. They have all types of styles and collections to choose from. I’m so beyond HAPPY/PLEASED that I found this incredible Jewelers- Nasr Brothers Jewelers. I say “Jewelers” not “Store” for a reason- working with Paul (one of the owners) & staff, they’re more than a Store. A store to me is a place to shop...absolutely this is a place to shop & purchase items. When saying Jewelers you get above phenomenal service- them knowing about all types of jewelry/stones & watches. Doing everything right & truly know what they’re doing. They’ve a fantastic display of inventory. If they don’t have what you’re looking for- Paul is the gentleman to ask- he’ll find it!!!

They’ve several other stores- a family business- I believe 40 years. That right.... that says it all. I’m not surprised with the overwhelming comments- 5 stars & how wonderful they’re.

I found them 6 months ago. I was needing several watches- battery replacements & repairing to be done. Paul was above & beyond knowledgeable, gracious- plus Paul & his staff knows what they were doing. I had 6 watches & 2 had to be sent out for repair. I was amazed how fast I got all of them back. When I go into their store now, I could spend hours in there. Paul treats you as family. I’m so beyond impressed. I’ve other items that need to be repaired & cleaned- in fact one is my wedding set. I’m extremely picky & don’t trust everyone.... basically afraid of leaving my diamonds (absolutely not the case here). I’m planning to leave my rings to be refurbished. Paul & I also talked about- one of these days I want to upgrade my diamond. It will definitely be the place I’ll go to & trust 100%.

Nasr Brothers staff is so beyond friendly. The store is BEAUTIFUL & EXQUISITE, beyond ELEGANT. As I said above, it’s a place you walk in, feel at home & have a cup of coffee- become fast friends. I Highly recommend this Jewelers. If I could....would give it more than a “5 star rating”. I’ve found my “go to” place & will never go anywhere else. Lol- obviously I couldn’t be more happier- not enough words to express my gratitude.
