I always have an amazing experience here! This specific time, I tried in wedding bands and found one I liked but wanted to sleep on it. I ended up calling the next day and buying it over the phone. Sarah was helping us in store and over the phone. She was very pleasant to work with and was able to answer all of my questions. When I came in to pick up the ring, I decided to also look for a new chain for my Grandma’s locket. Sarah let me try on any chain I wanted and was able to find the right one! Bonus - everything was on sale for Valentine’s Day! Thank you Sarah for all of the help! You made my wedding day jewelry sparkle 😇

Me and my girlfriend came here on Valentine's Day to look at all the sales. They were extremely busy so we went to look next door and also at Zales in the mean time. After looking around she had an idea of what she and how much she wanted (me lol) to pay. After coming back in we were greeted and jumped right into questions we had. The lady we were speaking too, Jenny, was so polite and very helpful. She also thanked us for coming back after they slowed down, this was a nice touch and we felt that appreciation.

My girlfriend had her eyes on a very nice heart shaped necklace. After looking up the price online my girlfriend asked about an extended chain for it. This is where Jenny was super helpful in explaining what length was best and what would look good with it. My overall experience was really good. We also looked at some nice engagement rings, so I'll definitely be back. 😁

Came out to just look and we ended up buying 2 beautiful time pieces! Rob and the manager on duty was awesome! Will definitely return!

Hunt for the Diamond Tennis Bracelet

Thomas and Jennie (store Manager at the Allen Outlet) helped track down the diamond bracelet I wanted for my wife's 50th b-day, which was sold out when I returned from our honeymoon. They spent a lot of time calling other stores, trying to locate the bracelet, worked on it for almost a week, kept me in the loop and provided alternatives if they we not able to obtain the one I wanted. They did not give up on the search and ultimately found the one I wanted. Thomas and Jennie are the best and my wife loved it!! I got an outstanding customer service from Thomas. He helped me pick a perfect wedding band that addressed all my concerns and looks beautiful and offered to clean my engagement ring for me. I don't remember last time I got a service that great, very impressed.

Thomas is the definition of Southern Hospitality. Although we did not cross paths in the store, he was incredibly nice over the phone and was exceptionally accommodating. I should also mention that the two women who helped us while we were in the store were wonderful to work with and not pushy at all. When trying to sort out a problem in a local store out of state, there was a lot of confusion and frustration. Thomas sorted everything out with no personal agenda in mind. My man Thomas is next level. Give this man a raise. I was compelled to write a review for the first time because this experience was so good. The world is a better place because of people like him.

Thomas and his team are the best and loved the whole experience of purchasing an engagement ring (as it should be) did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase right away the 1st day we were "just looking" for a new ring. My fiancé also liked the no pressure experience and Thomas made sure we both walked out happy with the purchase almost 1 month after our 1st time going in the store. Thomas and the whole staff is great. They all should get raises. I will keep going here for jewelry for me and my wife. Very professional and no pressure to have you make a purchase. The wife loves Le Vian everytime we go she gets at least one piece the prices are hard to beat. She just got a Neil Lane piece at a great price also. We love it here would recommend.

The sales associates Thomas and Sharon are extremely friendly and very helpful. A real no pressure sales environment. I was there with a family member/friend who was shopping for wedding rings and decided to buying a watch for myself. I would definitely recommend this location as they went above and beyond to help.

Shopped here years ago for my old engagement ring. I miss it, but I don't miss the cheating scumbag it was attached to. Thankfully I recently went back to Kay and bought MYSELF some diamonds ;) I do love this location though, wish it was closer to where I live now. But if I'm ever in the area I would definetly stop by.
