Ike and team did a beautiful job repurposing some sentimental jewels for me. This included taking my original wedding diamond and creating a drop to wear with pearls for my daughter to wear at her upcoming wedding. SUPER HAPPY!! I brought my watch in to get resize and came out with a new battery and fitted watch! I was told my watch wasn’t ever going to work again but they tried a new battery and it’s all perfect! I waited less than 30 minutes for both services! The men were both very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend this jeweler. I wanted a mother's ring made out of my father's wedding ring and they did an absolutely amazing job. I had an idea of what I wanted and they brought it to life.

My engagement ring has a halo of French cut rubies that are absolutely beautiful, but can be a little tricky and costly to repair. Case in point, we have had to ship it back to NYC where it was created for a ruby replacement/resetting that took a couple of months and more than a couple of dollars to do. I went to Allen Village Jewelers when the recently replaced ruby fell out, hoping to keep it local. Not only were we greeted with kindness and professionalism, we also were given the expectation that it could likely be done, but that it would need additional examination to make sure. Within less than a week, I received a confirmation call that it could be repaired and it was ready just a couple of days after that. This experience involved A LOT less time, money and hassle than shipping it back to NYC. We were so happy with the work done, we immediately brought in a couple of other items in need of repair/resizing. We are very happy that we have found a trusted local jeweler for all of our needs!

I been going to this place for some time now and I’m always blown away by stuff, there are super friendly and nice, having lots of patience to answer all of our questions with the smile.
Just yesterday I went there to pick up my ring that I left few days ago and was told that I might wait little longer to get back because how many orders they already have, but they finished before promise date and went to detail service that I didn’t even request.

My wife noticed there was an issue with a mounting prong that holds the main diamond on her wedding ring. I took it to Allen Village Jewelers on a Wednesday evening, as my family has shopped there before. The friendly staff gave me an estimate and was told it would be ready on Saturday.

To my surprise he called me Friday morning to say it was ready! The pricing was VERY reasonable and fell in line exactly with the estimate.

I just picked it up, brought it home, and gave it to my wife. Allen Village Jewelers had not only fixed the problem, but they polished the ring so very well that it brought a tear to her eye.

Also fixed two of my girlfriend's rings, replacing a missing ruby in one & performed a difficult repair in another. Both rings are better than ever now. They do all their repairs on site.
