Office was great to get me seen very quickly by a real doctor. Doctor was awesome and I was on IV and back in action. Also I know what to watch out for -just in case - for next steps if this event happens again. Great office

Very nice, clean, and tidy place. Staff all was very helpful and friendly, from front office to the assistants all the way to the billing department even.

They offer a variety of services and tests and all other healthcare related needs.
The waiting room was nice and filled with great drinks and snacks.

They also do offer Coronavirus tests by an appointment basis. I went in for a quick check and was in and out fast with results within minutes! I was Negative! ✅😅

This place is a must visit if you are in the Allen/McKinney or Collin County area.

My family and I scheduled a COVID test early Thursday morning and were able to get in an hour later. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice. We got our results back within an hour, even though they were short staffed and didn’t promise results until after lunchtime. Rapid test? This is the place!

Total men’s primary care is a good place. It was good. Easy in and out and great staff and provider. Went for my annual check up and the provider took enough time to hear my concerns and provide me good information. Would highly recommend it

So far, so good. First visit went very well. I was able to set up an appointment easily and got scheduled for the next day. The doctor took a lot of time to go over my concerns, and the appointment didn't feel rushed like other places. I'll be going back in a couple of months for my annual physical. Glad to have found a solid place to go to very close to home.

This place is such a great resource and addition to the community! We received our rapid COVID tests here and got results within an hour. The entire process was super quick and smooth. I recommend completing the forms online prior to your visit. They offer so many appointments which I really appreciate. And the staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back and will recommend to everyone.

I've used Total Men's Primary Care, in Allen, for both myself and my son for a couple of months. On every occasion, we were able to get in at our appointment time. Many times you go to the Doctor and if your appointment is at 830am, for example, you are not seen until 9am, etc. This doesn't happen here. In addition, the staff are very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend.

Made a new patient physical appointment on Wednesday evening for Thursday morning at 8:00 AM. Everything went smooth and everyone at the office was happy and helpful. Great first impression and this will be my new PCP for life.

Needed to get annual exams done before the busy holiday season and most of the area doctors had a 2-3+ month waiting list. I was able to make an appoint at Total Men’s for a next day appointment and before the work day started. Everything was quick and easy and I was able to grab Starbucks next door and head to work right after. Recommend!

I visited the Allen location for the first time for my annual physical since my primary care physician recently retired. Overall the experience was encouraging. The facility was clean and wait time was reasonable. Providers were knowledgeable.

I needed to get a Covid test. Scheduling the visit was super easy. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and fast.
While I was waiting to be seen, the lobby area had several amazing snack and beverage options from Starbucks to Gatorade. I was really astounded by the selection.
The nurse administering the test was very friendly and even complimented my shirt.

I received the results even sooner than expected and all my questions were answered.

I would recommend this place to a friend.

I had a GREAT experience with Total Men's Primary Care! Yes, I'm a gal - but they do rapid COVID testing for everyone. Setting up the appointment on line was super easy. I was warmly welcomed on arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy. The waiting area was very comfortable. I was called back for my appointment on time! The test was performed quickly and with care. I was told what to expect in terms of timing and process for getting test results. Super happy from start to finish! Thank you!

Amazing service, they were very busy due to the upcoming holidays, but still made sure to let everyone know that they were not forgotten. I made the appointment same day and was seen in less than 15 minutes even though I arrived later than my appointment time. The actual appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and I got my results within a couple hours! Best place to get a Covid test done :)

I found this place just passing through the neighborhood and though I should check it out sometime as it seems they specialize in Men’s health. A few months passed and I walked in and scheduled an exam/annual physical.

My sole purpose was to check my blood work and get some questions answered. Setting up an appointment was ridiculously easy along with the appointment itself. Great staff as well for this new location. I did not get any ultrasounds done or performed during my appointment however, if you are in need of any I have full confidence they will put you in the right direction.

Long story short, if you are a male, I’d recommend visiting this practice asap as it’s easy and just a healthy choice in general.

I made an appointment online for a rapid COVID-test and the process couldn’t have been easier. The online appointment system was incredibly easy to navigate. I arrived early, completed the new customer application, and had a very short wait time before I was able to be seen. My experience was quick, safe, and efficient.

Scheduling my first visit was easy and convenient. I was in and out in less than 30 min. The friendly customer service and their overall efficiency have impressed, thus far.

Just went again for my annual physical and it was the same experience as last time, just great. I've forgot to follow up but they called and texted which was great as reminder, setting up appointment was easy, took about 2 minutes. On my schedule date was received by friendly staff they all are great, once I was talking to my doctor he went over any question, issues I had and gave me answers and recommendations. Will recommend them anytime and will continue to visit them.
