What a great place!! The coaching staff really works with you to figure out your abilities and limits. It is almost like a one-on-one atmosphere as the coaches constantly check your technique for your safety as well as change/tailor the work out specific to you. I really didn't take long to see physical results. The other patrons of the gym are super nice, it really is a family atmosphere. I highly recommend reaching out or stopping by to see them. You can't put a price on your health, these guys really care and can help you in your fitness journey.

Really nice gym with plenty of space and more than enough equipment. It was very clean and organized when I dropped in and everyone there was very kind and welcoming. Coach Johnny was very welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge to share for any skill level. They also have Hyrox classes on Saturdays which is a huge bonus and tough to find in DFW. If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and check out CrossFit Ammo. You will definitely not be disappointed!

Best fitness community I’ve ever been a part of! If you’re like I was and are scared to give CrossFit a try, you have nothing to fear at CrossFit Ammo. Every single movement can be scaled to your specific abilities and in fact, you’re encouraged to do so until you’re ready for the next level. All you have to do is show up. You’ll be greeted by name, a coach will guide you through every part of the workout, and the other members working out with you will be super positive and motivating. You’ll never leave feeling anything but glad you made it. Try it for yourself! A stronger, better YOU will thank you.

Hands down, it's the best place to get an awesome workout in. The coaches are fun and informative but show just enough grit to help push you through the workout. Every team member there is outgoing, helpful, and not judgemental. Crossfit Ammo makes it easy to want to show up and give it your all. Take my advice and give it a try. The team would love to meet you.

I dropped in last week while traveling to the area on business. The equipment and facility are top notch. The coaching is elite. The members are incredibly welcoming. I attended two classes and Ammo will be my go to when I return

CrossFit Ammo has been the gym for our family for the past 4 years. We gladly plan our lives around our gym class (5 a.m.). Being a part of the Ammo community is a huge part of our family’s life and I could not imagine life without our Ammo family!

I was in the area for work this week and needed a gym to drop-in at and am glad I tried these guys first. I went to two morning classes coached by Johnny one day and Andre the other day and they were both great coaches. Everyone I was in class with was very welcoming and made it feel like home. This is the first time I have dropped-in at another gym and had a great experience.

Andre and the entire staff offer fantastic, attentive coaching and the gym has a very welcoming, exciting community. Highly recommend a class at Ammo!

CrossFit Ammo is absolutely amazing. For anyone interested in exploring CrossFit there really is no better place. The coaching staff is supportive of every single member - always working to coach at the level individuals need. This is an incredibly well run gym with the most friendly community I’ve ever encountered.

Hands down the best gym I have had the privilege of being a part of. Each one of the coaches is phenomenal. They truly care and make sure to thoroughly explain and demonstrate each of the movements in both the warm up and workout in every class, without fail. For the workout, they also cover strategies to be efficient, scaling options, and importantly, things to focus on and pitfalls to avoid. During the workout, coaches are engaged and will walk around to ensure proper form. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete, they do a great job of meeting you where you’re at. Programming here is excellent, well-designed, and pushes you to be a better athlete.

As incredible as the coaches are at their craft, they are even better people - truly. They are genuinely kind and caring, and are just a joy to be around. The community of people here is amazing and everyone is so supportive of each other. I’ve met so many great people here, and coming to class is always a highlight of my day. Ammo is truly a special place, and I am just so grateful to be a part of it.

I showed up randomly and I asked if I could do a couple of super brief workouts on their Concept 2 Rowers to prep for a Police department PT test. They had no problem with it. Super nice and spacious facility. Staff is awesome!

CrossFit Ammo is the best gym around where you come to push your limits each and every day with a strong community of members and coaches! It feels like a family here and I felt welcomed and embraced from day one! I am excited to come to Ammo every day and they have classes for everybody! From early morning to evening, whichever can fit your schedule! I strongly recommend Ammo for anyone who has a goal of becoming a better version of themselves and joining an awesome community at the same time!!

Been exercising here for about two years now and I love the place! Coaches are friendly, insightful, and will always help out if you have any questions or need to scale a workout— also the community here is awesome, I've made a lot of good friends! Still trying to remember everyone's name though haha (ITS DREW, NOT BRYAN, I REMEMBERED!)

My wife and I have been coming to Ammo for about a year now and we absolutely love it! We have had a hard time finding a great workout place for many years with the awesome people and challenging (in a good way) environment. People that come here are also awesome ranging from young to seniors adding great diversity of the athletes!

Much fitness. 12/10 would WOD again. My wife and I dropped in a few times while visiting family in Allen and had a great time. Very welcoming community and knowledgeable coaches. Nice size space and good variety of equipment too. The owner (I don’t remember his name) was very accommodating and gave us a fair deal on a week’s worth of drop-ins. I also heard there’s good breakfast tacos across the street, but can’t confirm.

CF Ammo is a very special community. My husband and I came in just to train for a Spartan race, not thinking we would be there very long. We ended up finding a long term commitment to health and fitness, and also a group of the best humans you will ever meet. They have helped us tremendously in many ways, not just WODs. Best CF box ever, thank you Ammo.

I started at CrossFit Ammo over a year ago and have been extremely happy. Awesome coaches, a great environment & really good workouts. If you’re looking for a new gym, I highly recommend Ammo

Erin and Lee are really interested in your wellbeing and helping you to grow into a better you, both physically and mentally. They are so friendly, attracting the like minded people so it feels like a COMMUNITY. I’ve been to multiple crossfit boxes and CrossFit Ammo is my favorite !
