I took my grandmother and great aunts rings in for cleaning and such (I inherited them). Griffins did an amazing job with the rings. They insured all the stones were secure and cleaned it to new. The jeweler is on site and spoke with me about the rings. And the work (sizing) was done in just a few days.

For my wife and I, this is our go-to spot for watch repairs and battery replacements. In fact, I was there earlier today to see if I could get a clasp tightened on my Tag Heuer. Before I could browse the store, my watch was fixed and already being handed back to me. The Griffin Jewelry staff checks all the boxes when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. Today, I had a rough day. Pretty much a Murphy's Law (everything that could go wrong, did) kinda day. I was dreading my final errand of the day, to head to a jewelry store to get my watch fixed. But man, was I in for a treat. The people at Griffin Jewelry were incredibly kind! They gave me a warm greeting immediately, and had my watch in the back within a minute. The fix took hardly any time at all, and they gave me some solid advice. I am so thankful for their assistance. They offer more than fair pricing, and have superior customer service skills. I am grateful for the treatment I received today, and now look forward to my next visit.

I love the customer service at this store! My husband inherited his dad's watch after he died. The watch was really beat up! Griffin's cleaned and polished it up for me for $15. What a great deal and they made it look brand new. And it was ready the next day. This is the same customer service and the same low prices that i have come to expect. And the jewelry that they sell is just stunning!

These guys were amazing! I had to have my wife’s 10-year old engagement ring reset in white gold because platinum sucks! The ring had diamonds all around it and was not easy to work with. They initially quoted comparable to other stores, but sent it in for an exact quote. I was going to use them anyway due to so many recommendations on our neighborhood app. Everyone working there was extremely nice, genuine, and professional. The jeweler spent ample time helping me with designs. The quote came in a good amount under their estimation, but the completed work was worth their higher estimation. The ring was absolutely stunning and my wife is ecstatic to have what feels like an upgrade, even though it’s as close to the original as you can get. They have earned a loyal customer for as long as I live in Texas!

My wedding band has been needing some work for several years but I wasn't comfortable leaving it with just any jeweler. When we recently moved back to North Texas I took it back to Griffin Jewelry where we bought it almost 20 years ago! They are all just as great now as they were then! I went to Griffin Jewelry to have one of the prongs on my engagement ring checked. Everyone was so friendly and nice and the repair was very straightforward. I got a text when it was ready for pickup and I came in to see it had been cleaned as well. What a treat! It looked like a brand new ring. I’ll definitely be using them for my future business.

I took a ring that was left to me in to see if they could do anything with the diamonds in another setting. The owner showed me a custom design that I liked and 4 weeks later I have a brand new ring and it's just beautiful! I am very happy with it. I had waited for years to take several pieces of gold and diamond jewelry to be made into several other things. Cherye designed the bands to enhance my wedding rings and used my diamonds for the bands. It's just gorgeous, and am so impressed with Cherye and her entire team. Very fair pricing is another surprise!

Griffin Jewelers resized my wedding ring and did an amazing job. It was ready before the promise date, fits like a dream now, and was all cleaned up and sparkles like new.

While at the store, I also noticed other (affordable) jewelry - necklaces that can be personalized with charms and stacked to provide a unique statement. My collection is started and I will be back to grow it.
