Great gym! The coaches here are helpful and friendly, and the regulars are a fun group of people.

I've been in pretty good shape most of my life, but being a regular here has helped me step it up another level.

5:15 classes with Chris are great! He’s a good hype man and always watching out for correct form to prevent injuries!
There is some variability in coaches if you go to several classes and overall a great place to get a good workout in!

Amazing gym, knowledgeable instructors, and workouts are challenging for all fitness levels. The coaches are very supportive along with a very caring community and we all encourage each other. Highly recommend F45 watters creek.

My experience with F45 Watters Creek has been nothing short of transformative. F45 Training Watters Creek has been and will continue to be part of my daily life 5-6 days every week. The workouts are very functional and tailored to everyday life. The people in F45 Watters Creek are family and the coaches are very professional and supportive. I’m here for all it’s got to offer.

Just a regular woman looking to feel better and look better. When I first started I didn't think I could complete the class and have enough energy to get ready for work. I was wrong (lol, I know a women admitting she was wrong). My body has improved and so has my confidence. 5:15AM classes has the best tempo, kind people and we go at our own pace. Love every minute of it!

This gym is the best for those who don’t want to think about what to do when they go to the gym. With the pre set, arranged workouts, members are able to complete their workout in 40 minutes and feel accomplished. The cardio classes are my favorite and really get you sweating!

I really love F45. As someone who was mostly cardio focused and terrified of weights F45 helped my fear. Now 2 years in and wouldn’t imagine a morning without F45. Jon, Chris, and Sean are wonderful trainers that push you to the next level.
