I've seen both Jessie, NP, and Dr. Snyder for various issues. They are both very thorough but efficient with diagnoses. I appreciate that they confirm treatment is working as it should, and make any needed adjustments to the plan.

And, a rarity, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I've only had good experiences here.

Stephanie Atkinson, nurse practitioner is the best DOCTOR I have ever seen. She is detail oriented, a problem-solver, thorough, great listen, patient, and cares. I know that if I had been going to here before I had my heart attack, I never would have had one.

Dr. Snyder and her entire medical staff are AMAZING! Her Nurse practitioners are the best. very thorough and understanding. Scheduling is great, especially when im sick and need to get in asap. thank goodness for same day appointments. wait time is not bad at all. hey i get it, sometimes they run behind. and Anytime i have a question about billing they are always easy to talk to. i would recommend this office to all my friends and family!

I love my doctor. Her staff is wonderful and very caring and I have had Dr. Synder for I believe over 15 yrs or so. Keep up the good work ladies.

Fantastic office. I have never received anything less than great care from every doctor, nurse practitioner, or medical technician in the office. They are very helpful and are even on call during the weekends.

Absolutely love the staff. They helped me so much when I tested positive for Covid. They answered any and all of my questions and got me in as soon as possible. They are front line workers and I have the upmost respect for them.

Excellent experience with outstanding health care professionals. Kyle is my provider and he is awesome! I would definitely recommend him.

Staff is wonderful, I will not take anything away from that. However, when you are seen in the ER because you had chest pain and blood pressure was sky high and ER doctor tells you to follow up with your Primary care physician, you call to schedule a follow up appointment because your blood pressure medication may need adjustments, the scheduling dept tells you that you can't be seen until 3 weeks later? I was told that I can keep calling in to check if there are cancellations. And if something emergent came up in the meantime, go to urgent care.
I worked as an Office manager at a physicians office for a long time and things worked much differently. We had no longer accepted new patients just for the reason that our current patients didn't have to schedule so far out. Also, doctor always left a few open slots in her schedule for emergency visits as it was the case everyday and always filled up. I ended up calling another physicians office and they scheduled me in for the next day. Just disappointed that I had to switch primary care because the staff and environment was so nice.

This is a practice not operating based on scientific evidence or freaking reality. This is a practice operating on fear and paranoia. Sending out notices to patients to not go outside of our homes and to make sure our children are vaccinated when there is a statistical zero chance of a healthy child dying from Covid. Telling parents they should be making their kids wear masks at school like that does anything effective in stopping the spread of any kind of virus... masks are only effective when worn properly and in a controlled environment. Children aren’t going to keep a mask perfectly covering their face all day and never touch their face with their hands. To expect them to would be ridiculous. It is also a straight up contradiction to tell people to stay home and “ keep your bubble small” and in the same breath get vaccinated. If the vaccine is effective then why do people need to hole up in their homes and not go into public. You guys have lost your minds and I’ve lost all confidence in your expertise and legitimacy as a practice. Not even the CDC is pushing and using the kind of language you are. It’s honestly disturbing seeing the message I got from this practice and the way you are freaking out at your patients. If you are scared of Covid then don’t freaking work!!! And stop pushing your irrational fears on your patients who are supposed to be able to trust that you are intelligent and rational providers.
