I had a vehicle towed here because the tires were not safe to drive. These guys had the tires I needed and got them on VERY quickly. Great communication through the whole process, including calling to let me know the tow truck had dropped off the car. I ask a lot of questions and they never seemed annoyed to answer them. Excellent customer service. We will be back!

Do NOT go anywhere else. This truly should be your first choice for basic car needs. I've bought tires, oil changes, state inspections, etc. From other places before here, but First Choice has always been the best, no doubt. They never gave anything short of exceptional service with the best prices in town. It would be unwise not to choose First Choice.

This is my second time coming to this shop and it’s amazing! They greeted me as soon as I came in. They were super friendly and listened to needs. Ghareen was great! He was clear and upfront about everything. I never felt up-charged or lied to. Did I mention how QUICK they are! I was in and out in less than 30min! Great place!!!

I highly recommend these guys in Sherman. As other reviewers have noted, they are super fast, and extremely friendly. I brought my BMW as well as my Kawasaki motorcycle here for state inspection, and they were quick and efficient in getting those done! I will be returning when I need tires or other things like that!

These guys were very friendly and honest. They took care of my Mazda for oil change and State Inspection. They made me feel welcomed and very well taken care of.

Went to this place for tire rotation and oil change. They showed me that my tires had cracks all the way around, they weren't safe. I had all 4 tires replaced and oil change for under 650.00. The guys are amazing. I will definitely do my business with this place. Thank you.

Ever since I found first choice auto and tires I will never go anywhere else for any car service I need. The whole shop is so friendly and the owner is OUTSTANDING. I had a flat tire yesterday when leaving work at 5 and it took me about an hour to get the blade out and plug the hole before I could drive anywhere. I called the owner and he gave me his personal cell to stay in contact with him & he stayed open PAST 6 to help me when I was in need of a new tire. If that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you for everything!

This is the best place in town to go for tires and oil changes. The owner is a really solid dude, that will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need as will his employees. For the past 2 and half years my wife and I have only gone to this place for oil changes and to by new tires. I've sent many friends and Co workers her and I've never gotten bad feedback.
