Have to give it to them, this gym got all of the basics down with an incredible price. If you are looking for no frills gym, place to get into shape, not overly crowded, and overall great place to workout. Fitness Xpress is the one I’ll pick, sure you can head a few miles down and get your sauna with massage chairs but be prepared to spend x5 the price with it being busy all the time. I’m happy my family recommended me to place as it’ll be home to get in shape for a long time!

I recently joined and I wish I had joined a long time ago. I don't care for corporate owned big gyms, that offer all the extra and charge way more than they should. This gym has enough equipment to workout every part of your body, and it is not crowded.

Had to cancel my membership after 5 years due to distance. This gym was simple but effective the whole time. The staff was very helpful and the gym was always clean and accessible. Would highly recommend

Always love coming to this gym when I’m in town. They’re always making improvements to make this gym a great place to train. Kevin, Ben, Dawn and Ellison were all very welcoming owner/managers. Definitely recommend getting a session in at this gym.

Recently got back into the gym and this gym was recommended by a buddy. The entire staff is helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean, well equipped, and has a good vibe overall. Can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re thinking about getting a gym membership in the area it should be here!

When I moved to sachse I checked out all the local gyms. I chose fitness express for the weight to people ratio and good vibes I felt by all the employees and other customers. I been there over two years now and they been nothing but good to me and the gym keeps improving

Been coming here since before the new owners and I can genuinely say this place has become SO much better since Kevin took over. Holy hell, the bathrooms are FINALLY clean!!!!!!

Came here after they raised the prices at my old gym and I am so glad I did. The owner greeted me when I came by and showed me around. All the staff is super helpful and the price is so good. I go to this gym in the late mornings or early afternoon and have no trouble getting to use the equipment I need. I love that there is a wide variety of workout equipment from free weights to machines. This is cardio heaven with plenty of places to hit the stairs, treadmill, or elliptical. The price is great as well. Sometimes it feels as though this place is my own personal gym.

Also the owner Kevin gave me some free tips on how to improve my form or how to properly use the equipment. The staff is also able to help and give advice but only if you approach. Everyone is there to help you on your fitness journey and I am glad I made the shift since my old gym had too many gym rats recording their workouts or using equipment for over 30 minutes on just one machine.

Easily the best gym in the area. I was in town visiting family for a couple days and the staff made it super easy to get a guest pass. Super nice staff, a good selection of equipment, and you don't get judgemental looks when you're deadlifting (unlike commercial gyms in the area like LA fitness). Cannot recommend enough, and I will be stopping in every time I'm in the area from now on.

Wow, what a cool gym. Such a relief from the bigger gyms. The new owner and staff are top notch! The atmosphere and members are friendly and nice. It's clean and comfortable with everything you need to get a good workout in at the right price! PLUS there's tanning beds for us pasty folk.

If you live near by THIS IS WHERE TO COME IF I COULD GIVE 100 stars I could! this gym is literally everything. They are really 24 hours. The staff is super professional, Helpful, & CLEAN. You can smell the cleaning supplies (everytime we’ve came we have) & my daughter & me come at different times! They have trainers for real (not just on an advertising add)
They have tanning beds.
They take Your health ins. If yours pays for your gym membership. YES silver and fit for retired ppl, vets & seniors. & if you have minor children, you can bring them in and there’s a table for them to sit (my 5 year old has autism) & staff was super sweet too him & my 14 year old daughter can work out with me in my eyesight! We love this gym as a family!
Trust me yours will love it too!

-This gym has everything you need. It is a clean and tidy, well operated establishment with some of the friendliest staff. Sydney was a mix of kind, respectful, and efficient when getting my buddy and I signed up. Kevin has done a great job at creating an environment that makes you excited to come back to the gym. Sydney gave my friend and I a card for free shakes at Sachse Nutrition just a couple doors which was above and beyond a great experience as well. If you are looking for a gym where the staff are going to operate with care and compassion, look no further. Thank you FX!

The staff is solid, really friendly and helpful, Kevin and Nicole are the best! They have a great selection of weights even hammer weights. 24 hrs, and Tanning. The rates are extremely fair. I’ve worked out most of my life, this is the best fitting Gym for me.

New ownership has led to major improvements within the general operations and services offered. A private gym that offers individual and group exercise formats with membership options that may include access to tanning machines. One of my safe spaces!

This gym is by far the best gym around the area! Kevin has completely turned everything around and created a positive, encouraging atmosphere with a great sense of community!

Inexpensive gym that has all the equipment I need for a good lift and cardio session! I don't need fancy. Nice friendly staff and clean. I also love that this gym is not heavy in foot traffic. Small and cozy with a sense of community! Highly recommend if you are serious in your lifts/workouts.

Great gym. Not too big, not too small. Has a good range of equipment. good atmosphere and lighting. People are friendly and it’s inexpensive. What else do you need from a gym?

New owner taking steps to make this a better gym. Clean and equipment is kept in working order. Much better than the bigger social gyms.

If you are looking for a gym on a budget, this is a great choice! For a small 24hr gym, they are very well equipped. They don't mind if you have an outside trainer you want to bring in. Even if they are busy, there's still plenty of equipment around to get your workout in.

Great affordable gym, all the machines and free weights you should need. No classes or anything but do allow training to happen in house if you'd like. Currently do require mask, machines and weights must be wipe down when you leave each machine. I highly recommend it for sure. *mask are no longer required, but are recommended
