Love our College Station Chicos! Trendy yet classy clothing that is fun to wear! Great styles for professional and casual events. The store manager, Romona, is very knowledgeable and helpful, and all the associates are great.

The ABSOLUTE WORST “customer service “ that I have ever experienced! I have been a Chicos junkie for over 31 years I have always received wonderful service and needless to say , wonderful items BUT I have never, experienced such a horrendous shopping experience!…. any where!!!! Associates (including 1 manager) were totally disinterested in assisting me, totally clueless as to what they had right there in the store and in one word, AWFUL! If I were the owner , I would have fired them both on the spot for their total lack of commitment to Chicos and customer satisfaction!!
