Fitness Connection

I have been going to Fitness Connection for several years. There are great classes, plenty of cardio and strength training equipment, a sauna. The facility is clean and staff is friendly. I really enjoy working about here.

I would like to say thank you for the nice team work this Gym have, They are so nice and welcoming people and Katie is Always checking the machines for our good service and I see her working with smiling faces showing the Gym to new members.

I had a delicate situation that I needed help with in signing a family member up onto my family plan. I wasn’t sure if I could take care of it over the phone but that made the most sense given my circumstances. I had asked to speak to a manager and they put me on the phone with Katie. Katie listened to my situation and even related to what I was going through. This made me feel less alone in what I was dealing with and certainly less judged as well. She was professional and compassionate and beyond understanding and I hope they know what an amazing manager they have in her! Thank you so much Katie you are an angel!

Amazing place, great price. Did the 5 day free trial and signed up immediately when it was up. Staff is all super friendly and gym is kept up well. It's big enough that even when it's busy, there's always something you can do without having to wait

Fx has been great. The facilities are clean and well lit. AJ and the staff made me feel at ease with the process. I would recommend this facility to all.

Easy to get checked in with the app on your phone. Nice location. It is just so packed the majority of the time. Wish this location was bigger & had more of the equipment pieces that the Carrollton location has.

Just joined. This is a large club with elite level equipment and amenities for the price of $10 a month with a 12-month commitment. There is a $49 annual fee as well. For what you get it's an excellent deal. (Sauna, basketball court, and every cardio and strength training equipment imaginable. They also have a AstroTurf area with a sled and tons of free weights.)

I live in Charlotte North Carolina. Every time I visit family and Allen I come to Fitness connection. This one is by far the best. I'm a professional bodybuilder and I love the equipment here, and the stab is always very kind and friendly. The gym is also exceptionally clean

Though I was unable to use the facilities to my full contract due to moving away, I will say the cancellation process was very good. I would highly recommend calling in to cancel your membership. Do NOT mail in a letter to cancel because you can not rely on the USPS to deliver it (unless you pay extra for tracking etc).

That being said, the gym was very nice and lots of equipment. The women’s area was my favorite. The gym can get very crowded so be sure to go during non peak hours if you want to play ball. The front desk people were very nice as well.

Staff is always super friendly and polite. The gym equipment and gym is well kept. All the gym users here are super friendly too. Does not have an intimidating gym culture at all. My only complaint is they are 24 hours anymore but thats something that the corporate level can handle.

Gym is always clean and accessible, and the personal training is great as well! My trainer Harold Lanzona helps to push me while making sure I never hurt myself. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I like Fitness Connection! All of the gym equipment is in proper condition and working (minus a random treadmill here and there but nothing that impacts your workout negatively) and the space is always clean which is important to me. The staff speak when you walk through the door and they are always helpful. For $10.81 a month, I definitely feel like I'm getting my money's worth plus more. Also, the class selection is pretty decent (not a super large variety but enough that everyone should be able to find something to suit their needs) and I also like that everyone is in there to actually workout and not just mingle and take up space. Again, for what I'm paying per month, I'm totally satisfied.

Love this gym but we NEED MORE LOCATIONS in North Dallas. Please open new locations in McKinney, Prosper and/or Frisco!! I drive 25-35 minutes to get to this gym
