UFC FIT Allen

Great gym. Love this place. I drive 25 minutes south just to go here. Plenty of equipment; weights, machines, body weight, heavy bags, kettle bells, cardio, classes, etc, etc. Pool, sauna, steam...all great! Music occasionally gets a little loud (and a little inappropriate at times if I'm honest) at but if that's the biggest complaint... whatever

Large gym with plenty of machines, four weight platforms with squat racks. There's a turf area as well. It's clean and well kept.
Most of the staff is pretty friendly and helpful, and they have childcare available.

Great gym with top of the line machines, awesome open area with turf, has a pool sauna and steam room, and the crowd is respectful and cares about keeping the gym in good shape. I never have a problem with crowds so my workouts are always great. Coach Daniel was great about explaining the services offered and is just a nice guy all around. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well. The music is a little loud like some other reviews said but if you have headphones on it’s not a problem. And if you forget them the music isn’t terrible to listen to either. Good price for a great gym.

My family of 5 are members of this gym. It’s a fantastic family gym as the kids can be in their class while I’m in my class or on the equipment. I especially love yoga and cycling and have recently tried U Jam and Dance fusion. My sons like the kickboxing and youth classes. All the classes are fun and a great workout. My only small complaint is sometimes the music is so loud I can’t hear the instructor even though they are using a microphone. Overall I love coming to ufc fit and am achieving my fitness goals. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been a member of.

Important update:
UFC GYM is closing and will be a Crunch GYM (less expensive GYM). The closing date will be on Aug 1 and will be closed approximately 3 months. Seems they are removing boxing, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu classes (they might lose a lot of members because of this).

I recommend this gym 100%. From the front staff (Julian, Merci, Keanan) to the coaches (mentioned below) to the manager (Rick), every single employee is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The facility is clean, well-kept, and not super crowded. I never have to wait for any equipment, which is HUGE. The gym is large with two floors and includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. They have daily class schedules with a variety of options to choose from. I personally enjoy HIIT and Kickboxing. Some of my personal favorite coaches that I recommend if you’re wanting a good, challenging workout- Coach Jason Lee, Coach Brown, Coach JD, Coach RJ, and Coach Peter. This gym has a tight-knit community and it’s so fun to be apart of. I cannot say enough good things! You should check it out!

Jim is fire. everything is super clean, machines are nice and feel great, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. plenty of cardio machines boxing studio is really nice they got dance studio as well. everyone there is has good gym etiquette no weights left around or anything and no weights left on machines. bathrooms are spotless , pool and sauna and hot tub are really nice. worth the money for the basic pack which is what i have and i have no complaints whatsoever. only downside is between the hours of 5:00 and 7:30 they have classes and some areas are restricted and it is a little busy but this is normal like any gym. overall very worth the money no complaints here and looking to stay a member for years to come. Absolutely one of my favorite gyms! Every trainer has been fantastic, staff is always very friendly, and there is community and support from all the patrons. What makes is stand out from other gyms are the great trainers, smaller class sizes, and best kickboxing/boxing/sparring/sport performance classes anywhere. Pool and saunas are also a plus and not crowded. Haven't used the recovery center much but there is cryo available on site. This is so much better than the $10/month gyms I went to before- you really get better training quality here if you take advantage of more than just cardio equipment. This gym is my second home.

I really like how the gym is always clean and how responsive the employees are to any questions or concerns you might have. Major props to the cleaning crew for keeping things sanitary during these crazy times. Overall, the staff is very friendly making the atmosphere of the gym feel very welcoming. This gym is a gem.

Coach Daniel at UFC Fit Allen has been truly supportive of me in my situation. He understood my needs and tailored my experience to work with this gym. Daniel has been extremely helpful in getting me a plan that fits with my timeline! He has superb customer service skills and made the gym a much more pleasurable experience. I recommend going to him for any needs related to this gym in Allen!

The gym is amazing with plenty of quality equipment and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I've been going to gyms for 40 years and have previously been in this arena professionally and rank this Allen UFC Fit location as the best of the best.

I work across the street at one of the tech shops and had been curious about this place for awhile now. Finally had my first jujitsu class and stand up class tonight and it was an incredible experience, very cool 😎 staff and didnt know how much I truly missed doing this type of thing!!!
Mr. Daniel there was the gentleman that helped me get all signed up and he was very welcoming, courtesy and professional, definitely recommend anyone to come through this guy!!!

After visiting UFC fit to see what they had to offer compared to other facilities I was more than pleased. Besides personal training they offer cryotherapy, boxing, group fitness and more! Rick was very professional and inviting. He gave me good insights on how his facility can take my fitness to the next level with its brand new equipment. I have been going to gyms my whole life and believe this place will set the standard for what gyms should offer and keep members happy!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Customer service has been great in walking me through the options and what the gym will be like. Really excited to see the finished product. If the product is half as good as the customer service then I’ll be a long time member. Really appreciated nit getting the hard sale tactic most gyms are known for.

I love this gym it’s a awesome place to workout. I appreciate all the coaches for pushing me through the challenges. I like how the People in the front are so Nice. (Jalen) is very sweet and gets me excited for my challenges and workouts I love it. Thank you guys for everything.

This gym is gonna take working out to the next level. Ever wanting to learn skills in MMA? This is the place. This amazing facility will be the place where true professional trainers will be determined and help motivate you on your fitness goals. Also a special Shout-Out to Rick for getting me signed up with this gym and I just can't wait for the gym to Open up.

I signed up last week and can't wait to start training. They have a great staff who went through all the options that come with a membership. They have quite a few things I was unaware of that I will be taking full advantage of, such as Cryotherapy and boxing. They also have group fitness, which my wife will love.

Can't wait for the grand opening.

I signed up for the gym to have 1:1 kickboxing sessions with Anthony and I have absolutely no experience and he makes me feel like a beast!!! After my 2nd session with him I decided to add on personal training with Elan and she is awesome! I have the best coaches and I'm excited continue to grow and build!!

I’ve been a member since they’ve opened and they offer everything you could possibly need at a gym including a boxing studio, Pool, Hot tub, dry sauna and a steam room ect. Plenty of classes throughout the day.
