What a great experience. I was so happy with my salesman who knew his store inventory inside out. He was so thorough and helpful offering extra tips. I saw online ahead some sofas that were interested in. He showed me all in the selection and walked me around store a second time per my request, making sure I didn't miss anything. Although the one we wanted pricey, top quality leather and reclining electric. Didn't buy that day, as sectional sofa large and took measurements. 10 feet long. If it fits with be worth the drive.

I couldn’t be happier with purchases from the Havertys in College Station. Kudos to Susan Cool, the designer I have worked with for over four months now. She was not only inspirational in her advice but so patient with me as I created a home that I am in love with. I especially love love love the console and mirror she recommended to me. It tied the whole open space together. The sofa/ottoman combo is the best of both worlds, comfortable and yet stylish! The dining table fits my space and yet gives ample seating with the generous bench. My goals for decorating were more than met. I love the space we created together! Thank you, Susan!

My first purchase from the Pflugerville Location! The furniture was coming from The College Station store . PHENOMENAL DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! Jesus HIGHLY Professional , punctual and excellent communication !! He was so informative with the delivery. Jesus and his Team had great communication skills they work together as a team They went above and beyond to set up everything properly made sure everything was perfect, Jesus ,Teddy and Xavier I wish I could give them a 100 ⭐ stars they deserve it!

Had to go back to get another piece of furniture after my initial purchase and they were very helpful still, and remembered me. We had been all over town looking for a bedroom set. We went into Haverty's and the sales rep, Susan, was so kind and helpful and she made the process so easy! Unlike other furniture stores, they aren't trying to sell you things you don't need. We ordered and 2 days later received our bed by very courteous and efficient delivery drivers. The furniture is very nice and affordable. We will be shopping with Havertys from now on!

Our sales person, Susan is absolutely the best! We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years, worked with many sales reps…no one comes even close to her…she is outstanding! We could not be more pleased with her customer service and professional skills! We have a difficult room to arrange and she was determined to help us get it right! I have bought items from Haverty's before. Always good quality. Susan was very professional and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she assisted me with the ordering of the items. Has a great sense of humor. A pleasure to know. She is a valuable employee to the company.

We purchased a new sofa on 11/17/20. Issac was amazing through the entire process. He really went above and beyond. His customer service is top notch and we could not be more pleased with the experience both before during and after our visit. We are very thankful we had the chance to work with Issac!

After visiting a few other furniture showrooms and being ignored by staff, we decided to drop by Havertys Furniture. If we hadn't, we probably would have just given up and purchased online from an online only competitor. I'm very glad we made the decision to stop!

As soon as we walked thru the doors we were welcomed by the sweetest sales associate. Nicole greeted us kindly and asked us if we needed any help. I told her that we were looking for a couch (I had specific requirements). She patiently listened and showed us couches that fit in my price range and were what I was looking for. I picked out the winner and checkout was so simple! Nicole made the entire process FUN... which is practically unheard of when buying furniture. The couch was delivered quickly by the most professional crew. They were in and out quickly... without leaving a mess!!! I will be buying more from Nicole at Havertys soon!

There is some there that can answer questions if we have any . Always there to help.

We were able to get a great deal on our Sofa and Loveseat and got a call a few days later without asking saying they would do delivery for free when we had planned to pick it up ourselves. Great customer service! They have earned our business!

Susan helped me pull together a beautiful and functional furniture grouping. She even helped me select fabrics to tie it together with the area rug. The room looks amazing!

Frank and Jay delivered the furniture. They were professional and friendly. They helped arrange the furniture to my satisfaction...and didn't seem to mind my OCD tendencies! Lol!

All of this to say, Havertys' has won me over! I will definitely shop with Havertys' in the future, can't recommend them highly enough!

I live in College Station & today was the first time I waked into the store. The manager Tyrone quickly greeted me, walked me straight to what I was looking for, gave me all my answers & printout. I texted him later with more questions & he quickly responded. Later that evening I went back to purchase the bedroom set & Andrew went over & beyond to satisfy our concerns. Very happy with these guys!

From the time we walked into Havertys until the beautiful loveseat recliner was delivered on the day that we really needed it to be delivered, our experience with Havertys was beyond expectations. We talked with our salesperson, Jay Martinez, by email with questions, and he quickly responded and provided answers. The prompt delivery by Cedric's team was seamless and very professional. This is our first purchase from Havertys and we are certain it will not be our last.
