Delightful deli. The baked goods are amazing. The spinach chicken salad sandwich and potato salad were some of the best I ever had.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

It’s a cute little place, but the food is AMAZING!!! Worth the wait and definitely coming back. We were visiting San Antonio and this place came out on my search for places to eat. It is so so so good, fresh and home made.

Beautiful little brunch spot located in an old house on Broadway. The food was delicious and the service workers always seem to be having a good time. A happy employee makes for a great environment for the customers. Will definitely be going back.

Omg the food is impeccable as always that is a given!! But what makes this place phenomenal is the people Stephen J has a smile that lights up the room, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the menu ,and full of amazing recommendations! Great little local place. The desserts are fantastic. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Good sized portions for the price. Our daughter got the PB&J sandwich and ate the whole thing, plus the fruit. Everything was delicious and my husband enjoyed his food very much. Next time we are in town we will have to stop by.

We went on our lunch break for the very first time last week to this establishment, and we were happily surprised by the entire experience we had here.

To start, this Deli was located inside what looked to be a very old house. From the outside eating area to the inside dining room, it was decorated beautifully and provided a very cosy and welcoming environment.

The staff were very kind and professional. The kitchen was super fast to prepare our sandwiches, and the food came out absolutely delicious.

The only food item I wasn't the biggest fan of was the mac and cheese side that they offered, as the cheese they used tasted a little bit bland for my specific preference.

I will definitely be returning to this amazing lunch spot when I am looking to get a deliciously crafted sandwich.

Very neat little spot; less of a traditional deli and more of a cafe but with full-size sandwiches/paninis.
The building is a beautiful old house with 2 levels. There are lots of little antique details throughout, from vintage floors to mismatching furniture upstairs. Lots of charm, staff was friendly- I enjoyed eating in!

We, as a large family group, went there this past Saturday. We had attended my Uncle's military burial service and wanted to share a meal! So many places wouldn't accommodate us but WD Deli did, with grace and sympathy. Everyone really loved their meals and the menu is so varied and unique and traditional at the same time. I loved it and will be back!!! Thank you!

Excellent weekly lunch spot! Fresh sandwiches and soups that taste amazing. Large menu so always somthing new to try. Cozy little cottage vibe with an upstairs. I believe they offer breakfast which we still haven’t gotten to try but I’m sure it’s just as great

This is one of my favorite places to get lunch in San Antonio. The food is always top notch, and the staff are always super friendly. Not to mention they have an awesome veggie selection all for a really great price. I dream of this place when I’m home 😭😁 do yourself a favor and come support this awesome locally owned business

Came here with my sister. A perfect spot for a cup of coffee. Breakfast was warm and well cooked. Loved the ambience. I noticed tons of signs and notices of their volunteer efforts for the hungry and pride community. Definitely a go to favorite now.

Love the tomato basil soup with the turkey club. I blame this place for my inability to go to fast food sandwich restaurants anymore 😅

Visited there for the first time after visiting Half Price Books. The sandwiches were delicious, service was friendly and prompt, and the outdoor seating was very nice. It's a wonderfull little shop.

My wife and I love stopping in WD Deli! It’s always our go to for a great sandwich, soup or salad. The food will never disappoint and the staff are always welcoming. We will definitely be back time and time again. Also, don’t skip on the cookies!

The most delicious tomato basil soup! The service is quick and friendly. Can’t wait to come back here. Steven greeted us with a huge smile, and everyone was in good spirits. Breakfast menu looked amazing- will be trying next time

This deli has a wonderful atmosphere and even better food! Their sandwiches are delicious, my favorite is the tuna salad. Their iced tea flavor options are great and the baked goods available for dessert are an amazing treat. Staff has been kind and efficient every single visit!

First time here. It was a little busy for a Monday lunch, but service was quick. Everything was perfectly and lovingly made. Tried the Italian panini with tomato basil soup. Love the unique and comfort baked goods too! Will be back!

My second most favorite sandwich deli in San Antonio. Firstly the architecture of the building is very very impressive for a deli. The deliciousness of WD will blow you away. Every person I have introduced to this place have all retuned which says a lot. Each sandwich is made with such perfection that there is nothing you can absolutely complain about. One of the only places I know that makes a fried bologna sandwich to die for. The Italian and Cuban are made with a lot of love. Please visit this deli restaurant. You will certainly be satisfied! Highly highly recommended!
