Our search for the perfect couch ended here! They had great variety, decent prices, and offered a good warranty. Sales staff were helpful, but not pushy, which we really appreciated!

I went to Bob Mills to check out their Bed Match Technology. Dylan from the OKC location, was the salesman who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and took time to educate me. I was very pleased & I feel I have selected a quality mattress and bed frame. I am having. them delivered in the next 2 weeks. I am looking forward to the improved sleep they will provide me.

Shopping for a rocker/recliner on Saturday, February 17th. Stopped at another furniture store, no one greeted us or acted like they wanted to sell us anything.
Walked into Bob Mills and was greeted immediately by Cameron. Walked us over where rocker/recliners were and allowed me to set in every chair until I found the one that was perfect. Trevor the manager assisted with other questions. While waiting for the sale to be completed, every sales person that walked by greeted us, provided water and made sure we were being taken care of. The experience at Bob Mills was awesome. If we need any other furniture it will be Bob Mills first not second. The chair was delivered today and is great. John and his helper(can’t think of his name) brought it in and set it in the family room. Quick service, Saturday to Wednesday.

We went to Bob Mils looking for a full bedroom set for my daughter and new couches for our living room. We had the opportunity to work with Ty, who did a great job walking around the store with us, answering our questions, and sharing insight on quality/warranty/Sales on various furniture sets. All this 1-1.5 hours before the store closed on Friday night. We appreciate the service and ease of conducting business, and we will continue to be customers.

ASK FOR GIGI! Reading these reviews, I am so shocked that there are not more people talking about her!
She was AMAZING. Even though the showroom was packed with people, she took her time and ran around, back and fourth with me between three different bedroom options that I was trying to decide on FOR TWENTY MINUTES!!!!
She was so patient and didnt seem the least bit annoyed with my questions, and pointed out all of the pros and cons of each set up.
As a first time purchaser of things of this nature, I was very nervous and she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease! When I got worried about pricing, she sat on a bedside with me and told me all of my options like a FRIEND would, not a run of the mill sales person. I was not pressured to make any moves I wasn’t prepared to take which is REFRESHING!!
I went to FOUR furniture stores and did not find EVEN CLOSE to the customer service she provided me with.
I will definitely end my search be purchasing my home items from Bob Mills and Gigi! Give that woman a bonus! :)

This is the place to go when looking to buy furniture. Their prices are cheaper than similar products at other stores, with better quality and warranty. The staff does not work on commission, so there's no pressure. They are just very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions. Definitely recommended. Thank you, Ty!!

Best customer service I have experienced. Told them my budget and they worked well with it. Didn’t try to pressure me into buying more than needed. Very responsive with any issues I had after delivery as well.

Justin (sales rep) was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The staff was super friendly without making me feel pressured. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and pricing of their furniture and beds. I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress.
I will definitely be back in the future. I am now a Bob Mills customer for life!

Rick Martinez salesman was very helpful and not a pushy salesman. Took the time to help with different mattresses. Furniture is of great quality and prices were great after shopping to several stores. Definitely will be back again.

We had a great experience today. We had visited the usual furniture stores and stopped by Bob Mills for a look , because I thought that their prices would be out of reach. We talked to Rick Martinez and he showed us around the showroom and found the sofa & loveseat that we were looking for at the right price! Do your self a favor and put Bob Mills on your list when you get ready!!
