Hopdoddy Burger Bar

All I had was a plain cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. My burger had A LOT of gristle in it, but overall experience was nice. Place was clean... stay away from the habenero 🌶... my friends didn't think it would be that bad... they were wrong. You've been warned. ⚠

I had the El Diablo burger. It had the perfect level of heat and was cooked perfectly. It paired well with an Alamo City Lager. Great place to have lunch with friends and coworkers

The meat is regenerative both chicken & beef without all the chemicals, I can tell the difference because it doesn’t make me gassy!

I frequent HOPDODDY at least twice a month. Sometimes the Brussels are two greasy so you may want to try it them w/o the truffle.. the offer military discount as well! I could eat here everyday! The Parmesan fries are fresh cut as well as the sweet potatoes fries are served in a silver metal bowl!

Absolutely loved the food experience here and the atmosphere. Every single ingredient they use to prepare their burgers are fresh and high quality. Every bite was immaculate. Although they had run out of regular fries on my visit, I was still able to enjoy and see for myself what this restaurant is all about. Will definitely be a regular here.

I ordered takeout, 2 bowls, a shake and a fry, they handed me two whole bags so I assumed there had to be fries in one of them but no they didn’t put any fries in or any of the sauces I asked for, but they were so helpful and kind at fixing the issue! Great service and a great experience!

My husband and I tried this place randomly. This place is pretty nice. They have a lot of TVs and the service is very good. I tried the beyond burger, yum! And my husband had the buffalo burger with bacon and he said his burger was good. We ordered fries as well and shares because the fry portion is shareable(see pictures below). We think the fries taste better without the toppings we got. So my suggestion would be to just get the regular fries. I had the house margarita and my husband had the one of boozy shakes, I think it's called sea salt and caramel. Our drinks were very well made. We didn't expect that from a place like this. Overall this place was pretty good. We would go back and tell others about it. P.S. they are a little pricey.

Me and my Partner just popped in for lunch and we couldn’t even finish our meal without leaving a review raving about this restaurant.
The burgers are delicious and the fries are TO DIE FOR. Each employee we came across was warm, welcoming and very helpful.
The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained, its ambiance is bright and airy but still has that hometown burger bar kind of feel.
We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends and families with us.

The burgers and chicken sandwich was good. The honey fries was an exotic taste. I didn't really like the combo. The truffle fries were also and exotic taste, the truffle flavor was very strong. If you like the truffle taste than you will love the truffle fries.

Hopdoddy serves up some of the best burger options in central Texas. Each burger is perfectly seared, and their generous portions of fries can feed two. Even the hot chicken sandwich, while smaller, is still a knockout choice. The first time you visit just get a basic burger and fries to see what they're all about, then get a special flavor thon your next visit. Indoor and outdoor seating is available at this location.

Although there was an error with our food, they corrected it with smiles and apologies. The Nashville hot strips do not disappoint. The bar drinks were good as well.

I’m so glad I stumbled onto this place by happenstance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Prime time burger and the Green Chile queso fries. The burger was so juicy and flavorful. I didn’t wait long at all to get my food. The staff was very attentive and kept my drink full.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s in the mood for a great tasting burger and friendly staff. Kudos to the kitchen for making sure the buns weren’t soggy at all.

Our first time out since recovering from covid. Thankfully Dad remained negative through all the tests!

We headed to @hopdoddy at 1604 tonight. Happy hour is until 6pm on weekdays. The drinks are huge and not short of alcohol.

I had the Rum Punch, my husband had the Margarita and Dad had his Lemonade. Dad and I shared the Goodnight burger without the jalapeños. My husband had the same with the spice. We all shared the Parmesan Fries. So good! Dad even complimented the burger since he enjoyed it. I was worried it was not thin enough for him.

Happy tummies and glad to be back out again!

Take out order was ready on time, food was delicious! Sweet potato fries are as good as the Parmesan truffle fries! Our favorites.

This was my first time at Hopdoddy. What I was expecting was a hip-hop burger joint. What else could I expect when I though it was Hipdiddy?! This casual burger joint was not hip-hop themed, but it was perfect if you’re in the mood for an ample burger, even more ample fries, and a nice casual atmosphere.
The menu is full of interesting burger and fry choices that would suit most any burger-loving taste. We split the fries between four people. That’s right, ONE order was enough for four people. All adults. And they were terrifically coated Parmesan fries! Drinks are self serve and freely refillable. I will surely return for a good burger, good company, all at a fair price.

This burger changed my workday. The burger made me ponder the wonders of life. I became a better person after this burger. Jokes aside, 10/10 burger, it was delivered to me fresh, and they put a cute little heart on my bag. Y’all gotta come here! This was the Magic Shroom with basil pesto and goat cheese. 🤤 Not sure the picture does it justice but this thing was pretty big! Do it!

Love the burgers! I recently got one as a bowl and it was delicious as well. Huge plus is that they have great happy hour deals!

Food was really good! If you like sweet potato fries you definitely have to try the hot honey and sage sweet potato fries. They are not spicy, definitely more sweet than anything. The brussel sprouts are very crispy as described on the menu but still very good

Fun place with great staff and greatly food. We had the Bodega burgers, great tasting cheese and meat mix.

Good service and loved the setup. Burgers were good and the flavors flowed. The meat was not overcooked either (super glad as they didn't ask).

This place was amazing! They made sure we ordered everything just the way we like. Once our food came out they came and checked to make sure we were still happy! Very friendly and genuine.
